The result is shotty and cobbled-together! The fence wraps around a tree that crosses the property line-- they did NOT think to re-consider post placement and when challenged said the solution to meet building code was to "cut" a portion of the new fence off of our property. We've arrived at another solution far from reasonable, but have NEVER dealt with such uncaring people and poor workmanship! The Office Manager was extremely RUDE...total disregard!

They gave me an estimate right on the spot, their estimate was very reasonable and I told them to do it. He said it would be about 2-3 weeks before they can get back to do the work.... I can see why now. About a week prior to having the work done the owner called me and wanted to meet again to be sure we were all on the same page, I really appreciated that. We met and he gave me a date when they would be out. He said that I didn't need to be home they day they were here. I left for work about 7:30 and they were just pulling up. I got home about 5:45 and they were just about finished. Like I said before, I can see why it was 2-3 weeks before they could do the work....My home looked completely different, I was blown away when I pulled up. The curves in the concrete edging and the color with updated plants made my home look 15 years newer!!! You may have to wait a little to have the work done but its well worth the wait.
