His different teams specialize in various work, and all showed proficiency in their crafts. My landscaping, gutter replacement, tree removal, siding and painting were all completed in the very hot days of the summer, and his crews did an amazing job ensuring the work was still completed to standard. We have been working with Fernández Landscaping for the past six years on several outdoor projects,…read moreand we have been extremely happy with every one of them. What we love most about working with them is the value they add. We may start with an idea, but they always bring suggestions that make the final result even better than we could have imagined. They treat every project as if it were their most special project, with great attention to detail, professionalism, and care. Our pool project was no exception. We originally weren't planning to do the patio extension, but they showed us how much it would improve the space. Now, besides the pool itself, it is our favorite part of the backyard! They were also incredibly clean and professional throughout the entire project. After six years and multiple projects, we wouldn't trust anyone else with our outdoor spaces. We highly recommend Fernández Landscaping!

The crew had to remove my back yard fence gate in order to get materials to the back yard. I was promised that it would be reinstalled the way it was but they did a shoddy job replacing my back fence gate and now there is a larger than one inch gap between my gate and the latch. (see picture). I brought this up to Nova Roca's attention who said they would fix it but it has been over 3 weeks since we spoke and have not heard any follow-up. Also, the crew left a lot of concrete rubble in the grass that I had to take a shop vac to remove.

We had pictures of fireplaces that we liked and used those as a template for our fireplace. The timeframe he gave was good. The final product was awesome. If you are thinking about an outdoor fireplace, then talk to Antonio. Have pics of fireplaces you like in order to give him an idea-vision of what you want. P.S. The fireplace we had built has a 3-foot thick concrete foundation base and for good reason: weight. My fireplace weighs approximately 16,000 pounds. 3 - 4 inches of concrete will not support that weight.

Texas Greatest Remodelers saved the day, truely. i interviewed 3 other companies. Texas Greatest Remodelers were VERY SMARTLY PRICED compared to the others. and what they offered was the best of the four. 1) friendly project manager "MO" arrived ON-time measured my driveway and came up with a price right then and there. he explained what his company offers. No paying until work done and i'm satisfied. "mo" kept in phone/text contact with me the whole way and was present when work started and in/out throughout. i was invited to observe while men were completing work. 2) fair estimate with no surprises and no moving the goal posts, followed by contract. The contract made things EASY for my HOA as i sent the paper to them and they approved within days. 3) best quality. the other companies offered 3k to 3.5k psi concrete. TGR gave me 4.5K psi. Prompt service without compromising quality. Rain was in forecast and "mo" explained that rain may delay installation to ensure best results. it didn't rain afterall and the job proceeded on schedule! 4) I was thrilled with the beautiful job. so beautiful and no more big bumps and ugly cracks. Problem one my sprinkler heads had been damaged during work. MO investigated and promptly it was repaired. 5) 5 year warranty on work was sent to my email that is transferrable to the next owner of the home should i move. any remodeling, i will use this company

From planning, to materials selection, to excavating, building and leveling the paver foundation, each step was carried out with professionalism and attention to detail. The paver placement was "icing on the cake", artistically rendered, with a stabilizing polymer and future sealant to secure and protect thedurable surface. Javier is very easy to work with, and makes a point of keeping the homeowner informed on each step of the work to be done. His work crew was dedicated, efficient and entirely dependable. They respected my property. And I had fun keeping up with their progress. I am posting "in progress" pictures for now. NOTE: Most importantly, these pavers sit on a foundation that was meticulously excavated, filled and graded with several layers of stabilizing materials. And while it is graded for drainage, the entire surface feels like one, solid, level surface. In my yard, and for my purposes, I preferred it to concrete, but needs may vary. Post-project pictures will follow shortly - just as soon as we get the sealant down, and the grass turns a bit more green and growing after our Arctic winter days!
