The cust service rep was polite & knowledgeable. She said that it is best if I call the manufacturer directly cause I am the customer and will get a faster reply than her. She gave me all the product #, tel # and what to say. She said that she still can call for me but I will get the replacement part faster. So I called myself and the mfg sent the part within 10 days. but still the electrician can't make it work with the new part. I called LB again to ask for help. This time she said she will get me a replacement for the whole fan with the mfg. I got it within 2 weeks and this time it works. It looks and works good.
