This is very important to me and our company, as we are not local to the property we needed his assistance with. We approved his estimate to replace the roof on October 1st, which was eventually finished, in roughly 55 days. On October 8th, while waiting for the roof to be replaced, I asked if he knew of a good company that could assist with minor remediation work. Ralph said they handle a lot of repair/mitigation work and would be happy to help us with that portion as well. I was thrilled. We approved his estimate on October 16th, and this minor remediation job is STILL not complete. What should have taken 1-2 weeks at the most, I am here writing this 5 months later. I can't believe I let this go on as long as I have, and I'm embarrassed to admit it, but he kept assuring me it would be wrapped up soon. I was told THREE times he had passing air sample results from testing he had completed, and each time he claimed to have the report, he never sent it to me. It was either the testing company's fault for the delay in getting it to me, the report was on a laptop in a different city (four hours away), or he was on vacation and about to get on a flight so he couldn't email it, it was ALWAYS something. I finally reached out to a reputable remediation company that said he could complete the remediation work in a couple of days and would have results for me just a few days after that. I have lost a ton of time and money over this minor job because of Ralph Valenciano's dishonesty. Do yourself a favor and do a quick Google search before deciding to go down this road. I wish I did.

I asked them to stop the work and leave all the caulking and power washing behind since I paid for it. Im not sure why they told my friend that I stopped the work. He doesnt own this home and has no say so on what projects I pay for at my home. Overall, they did a good job of what was actually finished but unfortunately, I dont like people that lie or "conveniently get amnesia." Then around 7:45 they called me saying they wouldn't be done by 8:30 and asking if they could come the next day or stay later. I said to stay later and I would work it out with my renter. Got a call 5 minutes later with them openly lying to me, claiming they went to Home Depot and they were closed, so now claiming they couldn't complete it that night. Home Depot closes at 10 pm. It is a nationwide chain and even I know this. I asked them which home depot it was and they refused to reply, while I could hear them typing on a laptop (meaning they were not at / had not gone to Home Depot at all. Anyways, point being, they are completely okay lying to their customers, and won't follow through with their work. Just awful to work with.
