This was not the case with here. Robert well exceeded our expectations! We had a 12 hour day of going to 7 different customers in the Philadelphia area and he made the day go seamlessly. As mentioned my CEO is very particular and he was growing frustrated that we didn't have time to stop and get him coffee and a Kind Bar between appointments. Robert went out during our meeting and came back with coffee and a box of Salted Carmel Kind Bars which he must have overheard my CEO say was his favorite.
