If patience is a virtue, you'll reach sainthood waiting for your car here. They'll promise "a quick…read morefix," then hold your car hostage long enough for you to question your life choices -- and when you finally get it back, you'll notice the bumper now has its own independent spirit, bravely refusing to align with the rest of the car. What's truly impressive, though, is their pricing magic trick: somehow, the total ends up being about twice what you were told, and yet the quality manages to be half of what you expected. It's almost artistic how little pride they take in their work. If you enjoy paying premium rates for subpar craftsmanship and long naps in the waiting room, this is absolutely your place

I was recently in Rocco's for work on the front end of my car. When I got the car home I noticed…read moresomething was dripped on the back of my car, like glue or something. When I asked Rocco's about it they immediately denied it. When I brought it back Jason told me it was tree sap. Which is impossible since my car was only in the Scott and in my garage since I brought it home. Jason then agreed to remove the drip and touch it up. When I picked it up from this touch up that was promised, nothing was done, after leaving it there all day. Madison told me when I picked it up I just need to get something to get the tree sap off, which it clearly isn't. I was so mad that they treated me like I'm some kind of idiot, and I will just never go back. I also saw several other reviews with people with similar bad experiences like I had. Beware of bad service. Anyone can fix a fender, you have many choices.

After someone hit my parked car and destroyed the bumper, I looked for a local body shop, and Liberty Auto Body had the best reviews by a mile. After taking my car to them, I can confirm what every other reviewer has said. Not only does my bumper look better than when I first got it, they threw in a complimentary cleaning and detailing for the whole car and fixed a few minor things unrelated to the bumper at no charge. They did all this just to make sure the customer was happy - and because they're good people who care about their neighbors.
