Rip off. Big ego doctors. I'd rather drive to the joint chiropractor in Redmond and get good quality care from good people. I typically like to support local, but these are not nice people and they absolutely overcharge and convince you you need x-rays when you don't. They charge an initial $250 fee, and then say they're covering x-rays when the truth is you pay for them. Their treatment is no different than that I received from The joint, other than The joint chiropractors actually are better and seem to care about people versus the money they can make off them. At my first visit to Precision Chiropractic, I was in a lot of pain and very stiff. I went through their extensive evaluation and imaging process. The condition of my spine was explained thoroughly to me. Then the treatments began with me visiting twice a week at first and now I am going every three weeks (hoping for every four weeks soon). Dr. Michael Schweitzer and his staff have helped me to feel so much better and I am able to enjoy my gardening and home DIY projects. Everyone in the office is friendly and kind. Provided multiple "x-rays", adjustments with the semi assurance that it probably is covered by insurance and handed a bill of $246.17 none of which is covered by insurance. Keeps calling personally (!!) to come back the next day or the day after to scam more money before you learn about the bill. First time, and NEVER again!! Was not clear on price at all. The "x-rays" and adjustment was something that I was told that would be taken care of with my $25 co-pay. Then I get a bill in the mail for another $25. I've never had to deal with something like this. When I called to explain, they told me that it was my insurance that billed it twice. Nope, it was them that did. Either way, I'll be up there to pay the $25 balance, with a promise that I will never step foot in that place again. I'll advise you not to either. I had a bad feeling after the first visit anyways. Update: I went in today to pay the $25. Still never talked to anybody but the front desk. $25 is nothing to me, but just imagine if this is someone who you love that needs every penny. Yes, I don't appreciate business like this, especially when there are so many others out here that will make take better care of their customers. read more

Firstly, I want to say that I will definitely give 5 star to Steve and the message therapy. However, I am giving a 1 star to their office. I have been paying my bills from my HSA account (Premera Microsoft), and it takes a bit longer (1-2 weeks). They were OK with it, but even after the few payments, I was asked each time about why the payment hasn't arrived. I also keep getting these paper bills to my home. What's also interesting is my wife also goes there, and she got overcharged. They don't seem to call and ask each time to refund. All of these made me feel like all they care about is money, which makes it a much less than pleasant experience. read more

Dr. Donovan is a great chiropractor, as is Dr. Mike, his partner, so no matter which one you see here you will be happy. I had never been to a chiropractor before, but fell on my stairs in the December and my knee started acting up- went in there and they put me back in place, knee better within hours of going to see them. My wife has been there for 2 months. After we pay off everything through insurance, the office keep asking us for a small mount of additional money, insisting we owe them money. I called them twice and they say they will investigate and let me know. They never called me back but keep sending me the same bill. I had to set up a 3 way phone call to put them to discuss with the insurance company. They eventually found out the issue is on their system. what really piss me off is that after they found out they have a issue with their system, they still send me the same bill and hand writing me saying i owe them some dollars. During the whole process, they feel no sorry at all and doesnt show any profession to me. I would not go there again in my life. read more

I have been coming to Precision for some years now, the last few years every two to three weeks maintenance. Do I feel "hooked" into coming that often? I suppose you could say, yes! Do I feel at all pressured to make my next appointment, no! But what I can say is that I'm is "hooked on" is not having back pain, neck tension or Vertigo! Extremely disappointing!!!! I feel as I have been cheated. I visited Precision Chiropractic on 3/16. I had a shoulder issue and was desperate to find relief. I didn't go to a regular doctor thinking I would get help without the use of drugs. I don't like taking pain or any other types of drugs. I had never been to a chiropractor before and I think I should have done research before hand. I had my appointment on Saturday morning. I was there early to fill out paperwork, no one was at there and it took nearly 5 minutes for someone to greet us. When done with paperwork I was taken to a small room and asked about if I have been to a Chiropractor before and if I had read the information given. I explained my issue: my left shoulder was pretty much frozen and I was unable to lift or move my arm. I didn't know why since I didn't fall or have done anything that would hurt my shoulder. I was asked to change into a medical gown. X rays were taken, I found this a bit weird but I thought is part of the process so ok. It got even more weird when the chiropractor focused more in my neck than in my shoulder. Few minutes later he tell me there's something wrong with my curve of my neck or something like that. Later I googled this and it seems is a chiropractor trick commonly use to get you hooked. I was then applied some machinery of some sort in my back to read something something. After that I was told to do some exercise with my arm hanging and the use of a 5lb weigh. Then I was asked to get dress and move to a different room to lay face down. He then pressed my back and cracked my back and then he asked me to make an appointment to go over the X-rays. I made an appointment but later canceled after googling the neck curve scam. I left pretty much as I got there. One difference is that my back was cracked. I'm 45 and I have never had any issues with my back and my posture is very good. I asked my self what was the need of cracking my back? I think I just got my answer today a bill for $246.17 after insurance!!!! I'm definitely calling my insurance to pass my disappointment. If you were not able to help me with my issue, I would have appreciated an honest answer. But to do all this to get money from the insurance and me is too low for words to describe. I ended up going to urgent care next and I was given a diagnostic of rotator cuff tendonitis and prescribed physical therapy. I would never recommend this place!!! Scammers! I read more

Felt like a scam with the staff mentioning that everything would be covered by insurance while coaxing/calling multiple times to come over for multiple visits quickly before sending over a long bill to you. Good adjustment but since I did not see him for over 3 months they make you pay as if you are starting over. If you start there like most places they have an exam fee. Not right that if you do not see them in 3 months you have to start over with the fees as if you never been there before. read more

I was admitted to the Emergency room 3 years ago with the worse pain in my lower back that I have EVER been in. It was so bad that I was beside myself in pain to the point of tears. Let me tell you I am NOT a man that cries EVER !!!! I can not stress to you how much I can put up with when it comes to pain. I cut my finger off years ago and walked into the Overlake Hospital E-Room with a smile on my face and the finger in my other hand so safe to say I can tolerate some pain. This pain in my lower back was just horrible. The E room gave me so much medication I was FINALLY pain free. It was a Godsend. Thing is I can not go through life treating this with hard drugs forever so I went to Dr. Mike's and he got me all straightened out and to this day have never felt that level of pain again. Not only do I use his services so does my elderly mother and father as well is a few of there friends. He has got me pain free and also drug free and is gentle enough to help out my fragile parents. If his practice was closer I would see him twice a week (we now live in Spokane) and with Covid the schedule is a little difficult to work around as we are only over 4 days a month but as soon as the scam-demic is over we will be back to seeing him 2 to 4 times a month.
