Matt repaired my Samsung fridge for freezing at the back panel. First, in Oct 2022, he installed an extra heating element for $340 and promised me that the issue is permanently addressed. Then, I had the same issue again within 4 months in Feb 2023 and this time, he replaced the evaporator cover assembly for another $75 and promised me that this is the ultimate fix and I would not have to worry about this issue again. Now, I have the same issue for the last 3 months and when I contacted them, they are essentially asking for another $537 to fix this issue and claiming that they won't even come and check why their fix didn't work because the fix is out of warranty. I would expect any decent technician to at least find out why their "ultimate fix" did not work and do what they can to address the same issue for which they were already paid $415. Please avoid because ultimately what matters is whether they stand up to their work and not whether they are nice on their first visit.

Marian's first visit was to vacuum out our Thermador refrigerator and garage fridge. I wasn't in the mood to meet him but my husband told me how he worked. I liked what I heard. About 2 weeks later the heavier door on the Thermador fridge slumped. To be honest, it wasn't to my satisfaction brand new, the door was sticking out a little but after a remodel of the entire home, one gets burnt out. Marian fixed the door better than the brand new one installed and showed us why and how the problem happened. The stove he changed the lights effectively and fast. Then the big question came from me, can you take the oven door off and take it apart to be cleaned? I've asked 2 other appliance companies if they could but they said it takes a long time and is not easy. Then I said, I can make a new appointment for this for you to come back. He said, he could fix it now. My oven door has 3 glasses. To watch him take off the door and apart was pretty amazing because of his calm, perfected work speed and stress-free demeanor. We all know talent when we see it. I think by now, I told him 3 times how happy I was, and thank you too. Lastly, if you are wise enough to call him for help then you must have done many great things in life to get him. Also, YES his prices are well thought out and fair and reasonable. If you are the kind of person who tries to get a lower price from businesses, don't call because you don't deserve him.

He is polite, hard working, we really can't say enough good things about him. A week after he fixed our washer, our dishwasher stopped draining, so Sean came out on a weekend, determined the issue, ordered the part and return within a couple of to fix it. Again, the bill was reasonable. If you have an appliance that is not working, before spending money on a new one - please call Sean. The first one was clear cut and with no complications. He checked the error coded stored in the controller to verify the problem, and replaced broken part. The second time, a different person recommended replacing a number of parts (and ultimately saying it wasn't worth fixing because it would cost well over $1000 with labor), without ever checking the error code. I eventually watched some youtube videos, downloaded the service manual, made the diagnosis myself, ordered the part, and installed it. It cost about $55.

Update: The owner contacted me to make amends. He returned the service fee and even stopped by my…read morehouse to apologize. He explained that the original part they were looking for had been hard to get. And I explained the frustration of not being contacted about the status. I specifically informed the representative that I have camera footage that supports what I am saying and provides evidence of the comments that were made. Despite this, the representative refused to acknowledge or seriously consider the evidence. Instead of listening to my concerns and reviewing the facts, she was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address the situation. I called specifically to make a complaint and speak with a manager because I believe my mother deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and fairness. It is unacceptable for an elderly customer to be treated this way, particularly when there is evidence available that could help establish what actually occurred. I am requesting that management take this complaint seriously, review the circumstances, and investigate the conflicting statements and the conduct of the employees involved. I am also prepared to provide the camera footage as evidence. I expect a response explaining how this matter will be addressed.
