I wish i had a in town car wash to go to. i drive by this place and want to support my local guy but the place gives me the feel of a haunted house...Finally coming from bj's i decide to get the car washed...i have a BMW 850 convert..prestine!!!!! i send the car thru and it comes out with curb rash on the right front wheel......im livid and i point this out, and they basically tell me to "efff off" it didnt happen there.......things got heated, but they kept pointing to the sign that say not responsible for damage.,......havent been back since....the place sucks with old equipment and only one set of brushes....i go to the car wash in RVC on sunrise....New brushes...and 3 sets of brushes machines......that place can suck it.. makes some big changes and update the equipment... read more

I hope this review reaches all that use or are thinking about using this car washes services.On 5/19/23 I was driving on mills rd in Freeport and decided to get a car wash.I pulled in to Precion car wash and asked for a full service wash.I get my receipt and stood there to watch the guys vacuum. I then notice the guys playing around and laughing in my car.No big deal its good to have fun at work.Then I proceeded to the counter to pay.Went outside put the tip in the box and waited till my car was finished.(I need to add one thing before I go any further I live on Staten Island an commute to work into Bellmore. )The car was finished, I got in an started the drive home.I start smelling ketchup????? Im half way into my 11/2 hour drive home and noticed as I went to open my moon roof that there was ketchup all over my head liner.Now I'm feeling a bit angry but there is nothing I could do at that time.Went back to work on Monday,took a ride over to the car wash to explain what had happened in a nice adult manner.I approached the counter and asked if I could speak to a manager off to the side to show them what had happen.The person beside the counter(tall guy brownish hair) said that I could speak to him. He would not tell me his name or tell me if he was the owner or manager(he said he didn't have to give me that info)I then continued to tell him what had happen.He came out to look at my car and said "we didn't do this it impossible" I then asked him are you calling me a liar. He said "NO" the convo went on for a little while and the results were that HE didn't do it and thats it. This is not just poor customer service but an out right poorly ran business. I live close by so it is convenient, again I am super disappointed with the service. They informed me the car was ready and I had to remind them I paid for some items they hadn't address. I found myself still cleaning the car in their lot. Nobody came to assist in cleaning the areas they over looked. read more

Oneida NY. This car wash is horrible. 3 out of 5 vacuums broken. One took 50 cents. Waste of time and money to stop here.

Disappointing. Car was not cleaned well. Hood had multiple spots left on the hood, one of the guys was rubbing hard with a towel to remove the spots without lubricant, a sure fire way to scratch the paint. The lower rear bumper was dirty and the barrel of the wheels were not at all cleaned. Lastly the amount of time it took once we got in line was awful. Took at least 30 mins and while they were busy there were only 8 or 9 cars ahead of us. read more

I've been bringing my truck here for a wash and today it stops. I literally watched 4 guys do the poorest job of wiping down the truck dry. And the guy doing the windows fake spray my windows and just kept wiping and making it more dirty. I went to ask one guy and I got a dirty look. I told the manager and he gave me a poor excuse. I suggest before you bring in your car for a $35 super wash, watch the crew that's drying the car and see for yourself, is this poor service worth it. read more

These guys are great! I've been coming here for years and it's the same crew both vacuuming and wiping down the car to dry it. They really do care. I got paint all over my husbands car and they were so concerned about getting it all off! This place is worth the wait on a nice day! read more

Tried them for the first time today and I'm glad I did. They did a terrific job during my Super Wash. They were so thorough they actually popped open my gas cap cover and wiped in there! I wouldn't have known (at least until my next fill up) but the customer behind me said he was jealous about the attention he saw the crew give my car! As it was a beautiful day there were several cars before me, and it was a bit of a wait. But when I got close enough to see the crew working I saw why...they were being very thorough with each car. It was definitely worth the wait and the distance I traveled. And I plan to use them again. read more

Horrible!!!! I paid for the most expensive wash and when I opened the door the seats weren't wiped down and when I asked if that was part of the wash... the guy sprays my leather seats with WINDEX! I even took the rag to wipe down the doors myself! I told the person inside this was by far the worst car wash I ever had and his response was ok. Stopped in on way back to NYC. My Grand Cherokee was pretty filthy with sand and dirt everywhere. These guys spent 10-15 mins vacuuming and polishing the interior which looked spotless afterward. All for $22. Highly recommend. read more

Decent car wash, nothing to write home about. I still use them when it's convenient. I would recommend them, never had an issue.

I was disappointed in the service. I paid for a full service car wash and all they did was clean the outside. They told me it was done, but I had to tell them that they missed the back window. I get in the car, they barely vacuumed the inside. Didn't even touch the back seats. I have all weather mats and they didn't even move them to get what was around it. The center console and dahsboard wasn't touched either. And the back of my car is dirty because they didn't open the trunk and wipe it down. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning and I will be informing people of the lack of detail they have. read more
