I asked about the weekend rates, and she said she didn't know--when I'm sure the rates are the same on weekends. Then she hung up. If she works for the company, she should be able to provide that information. Basically, they are only open 24 hours for towing and not to pick up a car(not even by appointment) false information!

So far nothing is wrong with my vehicle if so I would update review. The lady in the front desk had great customer service and is VERY polite. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but she knows who she is. I was updated through text of what was going on with my car and so that was great. My insurance was awesome also! Everything was taking care of such as the repair besides my deductible and my rental was there. ALL IN ONE PLACE. I didn't have to drive around to get my rental. Everything was convenient and it made life easier. I dropped my car on a Monday and go it back the following Thursday. I have a 1986 Jeep truck that was damaged by a neighbor backing into it. It has some custom body…read morework and custom paint which led to two very reputable body repair shops in the NW to not even consider working on it. Fortunately one of them referred me to JC collision. It took a bit for the parts to get ordered but once they took the truck it was repaired very timely and the work came out great. To be quite honest I didn't think they would get the paint to match as well as it did since it has a flat finish but you can't even tell it was done. One other issue came up a couple of weeks later and Francisco had me bring it over and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I highly recommend!
