His staff was welcoming, professional, and thorough, quickly collecting my information and details of the issue while explaining the trouble shooting process. The environment was clean, organized, and cool which I appreciated as its not always the case when obtaining automotive services. I was contacted via phone shortly after dropping my vehicle off and they explained the issue and how they resolved. I was further impressed by my experience when contacted via text informing me of tire issues that I wasn't aware of, including photo examples, with the offer and quote to resolve by the time I planned on picking my vehicle up originally. However, recently, I brought my car into them on short notice for them to get my sunroof closed. They may have achieved that, but they left my car in somehow a worse state than it was already. They left greasy oily fingerprints and markings all over the headliner. It was bad enough I had to pay someone to get out. They only had my car for 5 to 10 minutes tops. I used to really enjoy going to them, but this whole interaction has rubbed me the wrong way and I won't be coming back after that. We found the tires we needed at Smith & Son Tire after a quick phone call. Unfortunately, being panicked, rushed, and sure lets blame the heat while we're at it - we didn't bring the tire. Argh. We decided to drive all the way back, pick up the tires (we decided to replace both) and back again to have them replace the tires. Putting back our trip 2 hours at this point (a lifetime for kids haha). While pulling out to go pick them up, the man at the front Derrick, stopped us and went and spoke to one of his guys and told us he was going to send his guy out to follow us and replace both tires. Words don't describe how GRATEFUL we were!!! Jose followed us out the full 20 mins and replaced our tires quickly and efficiently :) I didn't even know kind people like this still existed. I was driving on the 166 about 95 miles from my home when one of the front U-Joints on my truck snapped. I heard a loud bang and pulled over. When I inspected the damage I noticed that the driveshaft destroyed a break line and an oil line. Needless to say I was stranded. Luckily I was in an area will cell service and I have AAA. I did have a special situation...I was in an oversized truck and I had my german shepherd with me. I relayed this information to the AAA operator and was informed that do to this whole virus thing and my dog...it would be up to the driver if he wanted to take me in his truck. 95 miles from home with a dog and possibly no one to take me back??? The AAA operator told me the driver is required to get me to the nearest town and if they were going to take me the rest of the way it would be up to them. She said that if the driver didnt want to take me to call AAA back and they would try to find me a cab service. What? That worried me. However when the driver showed up he was very professional and took me and my dog home. The driver Jay, was nothing but the best. He was trully a lifesaver! I highly recommend having AAA so if your in the area and get jammed up these professionals will come to your rescue. If you dont have AAA, give these guys a call before you call anyone else and hopefully they will be able to assist.
