You can tell they really care about the quality of their work. My car is running great and I'm very satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend Monarch Fleet Services and will be coming back in the future! I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, and he was honestly such a great person, very kind and welcoming. They charge more than any of the other surrounding shops cause they claim to do quality good work, which they always have done. However, recently, I brought my car into them on short notice for them to get my sunroof closed. They may have achieved that, but they left my car in somehow a worse state than it was already. They left greasy oily fingerprints and markings all over the headliner. It was bad enough I had to pay someone to get out. They only had my car for 5 to 10 minutes tops. I used to really enjoy going to them, but this whole interaction has rubbed me the wrong way and I won't be coming back after that. They didn't have any respect for my car which was an immaculate shape. Like cmon guys you gotta wash your hands before you going touching other peoples cars :| not cool...

Me thinking I got my new 2 tires and my patched tire in the back, I had to drive to Bakersfield to drop my husband off at work when one of the tires blew up! He was supposed to put both tires I had just bought from him in the front and keep the patched tire in the back. Tell me why he didn't do what I asked instead he put the patched tire in the front and didn't give me the second one. I had to spend another $50 for a used tire in Bakersfield. When we confronted him about it he said it wasn't his fault but if he had done the job like I asked him to it wouldn't have happened! If I could give 0 stars I would! We found the tires we needed at Smith & Son Tire after a quick phone call. Unfortunately, being panicked, rushed, and sure lets blame the heat while we're at it - we didn't bring the tire. Argh. We decided to drive all the way back, pick up the tires (we decided to replace both) and back again to have them replace the tires. Putting back our trip 2 hours at this point (a lifetime for kids haha). While pulling out to go pick them up, the man at the front Derrick, stopped us and went and spoke to one of his guys and told us he was going to send his guy out to follow us and replace both tires. Words don't describe how GRATEFUL we were!!! Jose followed us out the full 20 mins and replaced our tires quickly and efficiently :) I didn't even know kind people like this still existed. Thank you again for making what could've been a long stressful situation much quicker and easier than it would've been. You guys are AWESOME :)

No one wants to be stranded on the side of the Highway and out in the middle of nowhere. However,…read morethat is exactly what happened to me. I was driving on the 166 about 95 miles from my home when one of the front U-Joints on my truck snapped. I heard a loud bang and pulled over. When I inspected the damage I noticed that the driveshaft destroyed a break line and an oil line. Needless to say I was stranded. Luckily I was in an area will cell service and I have AAA. I did have a special situation...I was in an oversized truck and I had my german shepherd with me. I relayed this information to the AAA operator and was informed that do to this whole virus thing and my dog...it would be up to the driver if he wanted to take me in his truck. 95 miles from home with a dog and possibly no one to take me back??? The AAA operator told me the driver is required to get me to the nearest town and if they were going to take me the rest of the way it would be up to them. She said that if the driver didnt want to take me to call AAA back and they would try to find me a cab service. What? That worried me. However when the driver showed up he was very professional and took me and my dog home. The driver Jay, was nothing but the best. He was trully a lifesaver! I highly recommend having AAA so if your in the area and get jammed up these professionals will come to your rescue. If you dont have AAA, give these guys a call before you call anyone else and hopefully they will be able to assist.
