I am blessed to know how amazing the team was on my vehicle as it looks back to brand new again. My vehicle was all scratched up on the right side starting from the back passenger to the front passenger followed with a big dent that I couldn't stop looking at. The customer service was beyond fantastic from the person assigned to my vehicle up to the supervisors I spoke to. They took good care of me and took care of the concerns I had, had by reaching out to my insurance carrier and getting back to me around the time stated... I am beyond blessed and thankful ! I am absolutely satisfied and can only hope there are others with the same outcome. **NEW REVIEW:** Upon receiving my vehicle, I later noticed a crack that was not very noticeable at first. When I spotted it, I reached out to the manager at Caliber Collision as soon as possible. They were responsive and told me to bring it in, but at the time, I didn't have rental services and had to borrow a friend's car. The wait time this time was excessive. They informed my State Farm that they would replace the part (front bumper), but it seemed they pocketed the money from my claim and sealed the crack with some form of glue. When I received the car a second time, I noticed that the crack had become even larger! The surprising part was that when I spoke with State Farm, they told me it was a new replacement, but I had previous photos to prove they were lying and sent it to them as proof. I took the car in a third time at Caliber because supposedly nobody took "before" photos, which was why I was able to get the car back in. I sensed something was off when an employee delivered the vehicle to my apartment with another partner to drive back to the shop. He mentioned, "the manager said you can't bring it back, and I don't know what's wrong with it" and had left in the vehicle truck with his partner. Upon inspection, I noticed that the front bumper had been replaced, but the latches to hold it up were missing making the front bumper pop out of my corolla that I had to push back in with my hand each time it was driven. State Farm advised me to call the manager to sort things out, and I shared what the supervisor had told his employee. Eventually, State Farm allowed me to switch to Fix Auto on Shepard St, where they did a phenomenal job fixing all the missing parts and provided another new bumper. They even painted and coated my vehicle to ensure the color matched perfectly, without any weird contrasts in the sunlight. I have warned many people not to go to Caliber Collision at this location, not sure about the others, but I've received positive feedback from friends and family that I referred to Fix Auto on Shepard St. It is disappointing that Caliber Collision failed to "do the right thing." This location is very unprofessional, and the ongoing drama among the employees in front of customers only adds to the negative experience. It seems they care more about their gossip than their customers. Pure disgust! SEE YOU NEVER!!!
