Took my car in because I got rear ended on a Friday, the guy in the front gave me a quote super quick. I let him know the person who hit me was going to pay. He advised me to have them pay the full because sometimes they flake, (which i appreciate) because I could've been in that situation if he didn't tell me anything about that. I took my car to this place because I was In A major accident for body, engine, paint problems my insurance had payed for repair, this place is so unprofessional the lady answering the phone has no idea what she is talking about. they don't follow up and give you a time frame when your car will be ready everytime i call they tell me next week literally 4months later They have had my car sitting outside for four months with all the other 20 cars they don't fix, I know I drive by there everyday no progress of nothing, save your time save a headache this play has stressed me out this whole time Dont bring your car here they don't care about getting your vehicle fixed on time they will leave it for the very last minute.
