My car was rear ended and we were recommended caliber collision on gasoline alley. I should have read the reviews before taking it there. I have a white and black BMW. It was in pristine condition before I sent it aside from the rear. After 6 weeks we are finally told that it was ready. When we came to pick it up there was white spray paint on my vista roof and paint that was supposed to be black. There were numerous scratches that were not there before, new dents, and peeling wrap. They told me they would fix it and I wondered why they showed me such crappy work in the first place. Two weeks later I get my car back and I can two that they sprayed over the white paint on the top so it is still gritty. They did fix the other issues. This has been such a headache and it's still not back to what the car is supposed to be. I don't trust that they fixed all the issues. The pictures I'm uploading are what they showed me when they said the car was done. I will be contacting the bbb and anyone else to notify them of this highly unprofessional and untrustworthy business. read more

My mother in law brought over her truck following the instructions of her insurance. When the insurance told her to go pick it up since they were going to pay off the truck in stead. They were holding the truck against her will since they wanted her to pay for restocking fees for the parts they ordered for the job. SHADY! Took car in for estimate the last week of April. Booked an appointment for May 26 to get body work done. I was told this was enough time to get parts ordered and for them to arrive for my appointment date. Today, May 25, I get a call. They don't have my estimate. What does that mean? After a total of 15 minutes on hold (I was cut off once and had to call back), they find my invoice under my VIN number, not my name. Hmmm. They want to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. I ask them to check and see if my parts have arrived because this whole thing seems shady to me. The girl laughs at my shady comment. Another few minutes on hold. Girl tells me that my parts are on back order. Would I like to reschedule for next week? I ask why I wasn't contacted earlier with that information. Girl says we call one day before to confirm appointment...but my parts aren't even there! They couldn't have called before today to tell me that?! I took a day off of work to get this taken care of. I tell her to cancel my appointment and the back ordered parts since there's no guarantee when they'll arrive and I don't have time to play more games. The girl half-heartedly apologized. I hung up. From the text from Caliber and George also giving us courtesy update calls, we were informed every step if the way. I had to make a appointment to take my car in, but I was accommodated.Finally when I arrived at the facility I was greeted by Robert . He explained how the whole process works and gave me my estimate time.Once my car was in the shop they kept sending me text and letting me know how my vehicle was coming along. He would also leave me messages just to make sure I was updated and he did not forget me. Anyways My car was finally ready to be picked up and they made it possible for me to pick it up and have it ready on a day they are usually closed. I just want to say I had a great experience and Robert was great in all aspects of customer service. Great personality, smile and professionalism. We had to bring it back. When they called us in for pick up the second time, all of the problems were still wrong and they kept the car to fix them AGAIN. I would save your time and go somewhere else. This business can not communicate with their customers and it's just a frustrating process with them. My car got rear ended in September 4 called for an estimate appointment the schedule me the 15th. The 15th comes along I take my car in and she does her estimate says she will put in an order for the parts and give me a call with a date to bring in my car for repairs. I never received that call so I called them they gave me a date of the beginning of October said they were just waiting on one part. The date in October comes I call just to make sure I could still bring my car in because I hadn't heard anything when I call they person who answered they were waiting on 3 parts ? It went from one part to 3 parts the whole month of October goes by and they still don't have all my parts but will start to work on it because the 2 parts they are missing a things that go on after the car is done. They finally give me a date to drop off my car nov 6 andI drop of my car she gives me a pick up date of dec 6 and says I'll be getting text up dates if anything changes so I pick up my rental through insurance. In that month span I get update that everything is on schedule and my time pick up is still dec 6.. dec 5 comes and i call to make sure that I am still scheduled to pick on the 6 since I have to also drop off the rental that day (30 day rental). She tells me they aren't complete they have to put the parts back and begin the paint process, and she would call me back after two with an estimated date (big shocker I never got a call back) so Dec 6 I turn in the rental and head over the calibar since it seems they don't like phones. I walk in and ask what's going on with my car she said they start the painting process and it was going to take another TWO WEEKS! So because they couldn't communicate and there text app is lies I am cancel made plans making last minute arrangement with work that's costing me money because they can't do the simple thing of communicate with their clients. read more

Dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and unreasonable delays are what I experienced and am currently experiencing at Caliber Collision. My service advisor has outright lied to me on several occasions, asked me to be dishonest on my own customer satisfaction survey, and made excuses for his own, as well as the company's apparent incompetence.
