I could see so many big rigs parked here and a few budget hotels surrounding TA. One of these days, I have to go inside the store to do some shopping.

I suspect components of the car were not removed to paint correctly, and instead of screwing parts in, the simply used some sort of adhesive to hold it on place while the loose screws beat up the bottom of the bodywork. I return to the shop straight from the airport (Uber) and lo and behold my car hasn't even been touched. I ask how long it would take them to finish it and I'm given a non answer. "Well I have to talk to my paint guy and he's out the rest of the week but I'll try to get in touch with him and give you a call later." I have been promised no less than 6 separate occasions a call back from Burton's and they have followed through on that promise 0 times, admitting over and over that they "got busy" or are "down a man". After calling every two days for an update on my car for the next two weeks I've grown tired and frustrated of being treated like I couldn't matter less to Burton's. I was given a rental only upon threat of taking my bumperless, unpainted car off of their hands and taking it to another body shop to finish the job. It took two weeks for them to offer me a rental. I assume because my repair is small and covered by insurance it just doesn't fall into the realm of importance on their end and I just have to accept it. It has now been 27+ days and I STILL don't have my car and I've been given every reason under the sun why, short of them actually accepting responsibility. If you take your vehicle here I suggest you buy a bicycle now and accept the fact that you'll probably be getting your car back long after you've forgotten what it looks like. Avoid like the plague. I'd suggest beautiful bodies body shop. Edit: Since posting this review burtons has fallen into new management. I wonder why. Wouldn't trust them to put tires on a bicycle.

I damaged the front bumper cover and foglight assembly of my 1999 Audi, (bought new and kept in…read moreperfect condition for 26 years). A "main stream" body shop said they couldn't get parts anymore and couldn't make the repairs. I was afraid I might have to part out my car over a bumper cover. The main stream shop referred me to Dayz. Dayz did a beautiful and perfect repair re-using the existing bumper cover, somehow making and finding new attachment clips, and also found parts from various online sources to repair the damaged fog light and its socket, the pop up headlight washers, and even plastic welded the cracked washer reservoir. The car was returned fully detailed inside and out and looks showroom perfect. They are very creative, resourceful, friendly and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased and am grateful that they were able to fix everything and help me keep my classic Audi up and running.
