I always trusted Blaine's and never felt they were taking advantage of me. That's over 30 yrs! And I'm very picky about my mechanics! He walked me through the inspection process in detail and let me know that they look beyond just the bare minimum of the state inspection to make sure the car is in good overall shape. My car ended up passing without any issues, but I still left feeling very informed about its condition. Tim took the time to explain what they checked and why. The atmosphere was welcoming and I felt like they actually cared about me as a customer. The state inspection was also done right away, as scheduled, which was a huge plus.
