Where do I even start? Their service and pricing was so great that I'm writing my review after picking up my car less than 30 minutes ago! I needed a back up camera installed in my in-dash stereo/navigation system. I browsed through yelp and asked multiple shops for a quote and Sam not only responded to me in a timely manner but also gave me a quote more than $50 less than what the other guys were offering. I brought my car in a few days later and although it was on Memorial Day and they had two cars ahead of me, they were very willing to squeeze me in. I had the cables but unfortunately didn't have a camera but Salman (I think that's how his name is spelled. I apologize if it's incorrect) was able to point me out to a couple of options in their store and was able to pick one within my budget. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience from the get-go even prior to coming in the shop. One of their employees even made sure that the angle of the camera was okay for me otherwise, they would adjust it right then and there. I'm so glad that I found them on yelp and although they are sort of far from where I live, it's definitely worth the drive. They also currently have the $50 for $75 on yelp which is basically $25 off. You don't have to purchase it first on yelp. They will just adjust the price for you in store. I'm really considering adding subwoofers in and will definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to upgrade to after market installations to their car. This shop is a hidden Jewel! I first called and tried to describe my car audio and electrical problem the gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and explained what the problem could be. Good place to get an alarm for your car. The viper 2 way system is pretty good and they've installed it well. Everything works fine. Just be aware that it can take all day. They usually get a lot of customers. Even with an appointment, it could take several hours. They lost covers for two of the screws for my car on the driver's side. Also there are some white marks from dust that got on the door and it's somewhat hard to remove. Overall, good customer service though. Very polite and they answer your questions. Even though it was late into the afternoon, they still honored their commitment to install for me. Long story short, I came in to get a double din stereo installed in my tahoe. I was also in need of a re-wire on the entire truck, something that I've been holding back on because everywhere I went the price wasn't right. My experience with these people was very bad they told me that they were going to charge me $ 600 for a job I said it's fine I think it was good price I had to wait 5 days for them to install some lights and I went back on Saturday to do their job they had the truck all day in the workshop and they did not when I returned in the afternoon they told me to return the next day I returned the next day I left the truck and when I came back I was not ready the work I asked them what was the problem and they told me that they had never done that work and if they are going to take their time when they told me that if they are going to take 4 hours Then I told them they know that if they are not doing their job they are not professionals give me my money to stop depositing They were $ 100 and they did not want to return it and they did not do the work so I do not recommend it at all because for me they are not professionals, they are clowns who steal money from people. read more

My wife and I were thinking about a replacement stereo for our Chevy Tahoe so the we could move up to having Bluetooth. I started by checking Yelp for stereo shops and saw the reviews for Precision Auto Stereo. We were going to take our time and look around to do some price comparison so we headed down to Precision for starters. When we entered we noticed that the store was very organized, and we were immediately greeted by Sam the owner. He was very cordial, and took a sincere interest in helping us. Sam talked to us about our needs in a replacement stereo, checked our Tahoe, and then took us into the showroom to show us the various units based on our needs. His explanations of the various units was very detailed, but for senior citizens he talked to us at a level that we could easily understand the capabilities of the products. Within minutes we knew which unit we wanted, and Sam put together an estimate which we felt was extremely reasonable. It was Sam's personality, the product, and price that caused us to make an immediate decision to purchase the unit and have it installed. Sam and co are awesome! I got a new touch screen in-dash receiver to replace my old, crummy, outdated single din unit. I received it as a gift from somewhere else and I contacted Sam and his team for consultation. I was told to come in when I had time (which was the next morning on a Friday) and they were super accommodating and did the install right away. These guys are the pros and hooked me up with everything I needed to get my new unit up and running. They make you feel welcome right when you step into the door and are more than happy to explain anything and everything they're doing from start to finish. Install was completed in just a few hours. They give you a tutorial and show you the work they did to make sure you're satisfied. After a day or two, I realized the reception for my sat radio was cutting out a lot and Sam and his team were able to re-install the antenna for Sirius XM at a better spot and I have no problems with reception.
