The work was done quickly. The cost was fair. From the perspective of efficiency and finances, this is a great shop. However, the shop has something more than the pure business side. As noted in many of the reviews I read before I tried this shop, there is a true human element at work here. I felt that Nick was genuine and thoughtful. He was also very considerate. He had someone pull my car out for me when I went to pick it up as it was parked in a tight spot, saving me from performing a dozen small maneuvers to get it out, haha.
