There is frequent late-night noise that management does nothing about. There was even a large fire in the trash area, and no one ever investigated the cause. When it snows, there is little to no effort to clear the roads within the property. Overall, management is unresponsive and neglectful. DO NOT RENT WITH THE HAMILTON COMPANY. They will take literally 15 days to respond to any message. What a garbage.

I've been lied to, hit with fees that were "forgotten" until after an application had already been submitted, and basically harassed 24/7 by brokers asking if I'm ready to sign on a unit they didn't even show up to - just had the tenants let me in.  Please know that the little things (even salutations on email and text - wow. The amount of times I'd get a text at 10pm like "hey guys can u see 123 main st. tonight? -Jim from xyz realty" from random numbers after an online inquiry) are so appreciated, and make renters feel a lot more confident in the process. So kudos, I really appreciate the transparency and responsiveness. I'm really looking forward to having Edge as property managers as well, given how smoothly this went! Norman was really wonderful to work with! He moves fast- you've gotta keep up! I mean that literally. The man is always buzzing about. He knows just what to look for when you're seeing a home. While you're there deciding if there's enough closet space, Norman's the one asking about the electrical wattage and pointing out little things you may have overlooked. He's great at what I called "kicking the tires." It's your decision, but he's there to help you and look out for you. Norman was there every step of the way and I always felt well-informed. He even made me feel ok about withdrawing an offer when it wasn't exactly the right move for us. I felt like I could call him anytime- he was always there to answer my questions and if not then, just a few minutes later. Yet at the same time, I never felt like I was not the focus of his attention when we were meeting. If you've never looked for a condo before, just know that you're looking at the same listings all the agents get, so it's on you to point out the ones you want to see and the agent will set it up for you. They're not going to comb through the listings for you and suggest what you should see. Norman was our buyer's agent- meaning that he was there to help us, the buyers, purchase a home (he gets paid through the bank, not you). He was there to walk us through the process, deal with the seller's agent and translate the homebuying language for us. He did all that- Norman is fantastic at his job. He's a straight shooter. You're in good hands if you choose Norman to help you buy your home! I'd recommend him to anyone who's looking!
