Norman was really wonderful to work with! He moves fast- you've gotta keep up! I mean that literally. The man is always buzzing about. He knows just what to look for when you're seeing a home. While you're there deciding if there's enough closet space, Norman's the one asking about the electrical wattage and pointing out little things you may have overlooked. He's great at what I called "kicking the tires." It's your decision, but he's there to help you and look out for you. Norman was there every step of the way and I always felt well-informed. He even made me feel ok about withdrawing an offer when it wasn't exactly the right move for us. I felt like I could call him anytime- he was always there to answer my questions and if not then, just a few minutes later. Yet at the same time, I never felt like I was not the focus of his attention when we were meeting. If you've never looked for a condo before, just know that you're looking at the same listings all the agents get, so it's on you to point out the ones you want to see and the agent will set it up for you. They're not going to comb through the listings for you and suggest what you should see. Norman was our buyer's agent- meaning that he was there to help us, the buyers, purchase a home (he gets paid through the bank, not you). He was there to walk us through the process, deal with the seller's agent and translate the homebuying language for us. He did all that- Norman is fantastic at his job. He's a straight shooter.
