This company has done a terrific job helping me eradicate and discourage pesky moles on my property. The technicians are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If a question I pose isn't known, the technicians are able to find out the answer. They also treat my property for ants, spiders, snakes and mosquitoes. I'm completely impressed by this family owned business! A special shout goes out to Christian, my last technician, who is not only personable but a hard worker! Thanks for the all the work everyone does at DeBoer for making my 4 acre property a pleasant outside area to be in the summer!

    I've been using De Boer since I moved to the area about ten years ago and have never once had…read moreissues with pests of any kind. They come twice every year and I never have to worry about anything with more than two legs in my home. But the real reason I came here is because I just started with their new lawn fertilizer/maintenance program this past spring, and my lawn has never looked better. I wasn't super-crazy about the company I'd been using for the last few years, and when De Boer let me knew they were starting a lawn maintenance program, it seemed like a good time to try someone new. The grass looks better than it ever has in years and I have almost no weeds, which was a big problem in previous years. I know it can sometimes be hard to give someone a try on a service like this when there isn't a lot of history behind them, but I'm really glad I did. Megan and everyone else there do a really fantastic job. If you're on the fence about using them, give them a try - you won't regret it.

    Value is way too high for a quality of work that is extremely low…read more Service is little to none. Still paying for an and issue that was not resolved. They say it's their mission is to guarantee they solve your pest issue. This is false, they want your money and will do nothing but put you on hold when they don't fix your pest problem.

    We had to receive a call-back service after we had an ant invasion. The tech who did the follow-up…read morewas very personable and thorough and explained every thing he was oing to help solve the problem, however when I sked what chemical he was using he said "I'm not supposed to tell you", When I reminded him that I am also a licensed Category 3 Turf and Landscape Applicator and there is this issue of DATCP AG 29 regulation that requires customers be informed of the chemical used he then readily complied. My complaint is not with the technician, but rather the convoluted manner in which the after treatment report is prepared and sent by email, but in order for the customer to access this date, after receiving a message it is available (being sent by the tech sitting his truck in your driveway...heaven forbid actually handing the customer a printed copy) it is then necessary for the customer to enter his account (and remember a little used password)...why not just send the report in plain text directly to the customer's email address since both the tech and the customer are already accessing it. If you can't remember your password you are directed to ask for a code, which when you receive it then you have to put that into your account access box which then tells you it is the wrong code I did this THREE times, each time getting a different number, and finally gave up until I have to call customer service NOT A VERY FRIENDLY CUSTOMER INTERFACE ORKIN
