They are currently still at my house and I work from home. Before they started, my boyfriend asked them if they could try to be quiet during the day because I am supposed to be on calls all-day. They agreed that they would be quiet. It has now been about 5 hours of screaming, cursing, singing, and loud music and I have gotten fed up with it. I am completely fine with the loud noises that it takes to be putting in a new furnace (drilling, pounding, etc.) But I am not okay with the cursing, screaming, singing, and loud music that has been happening all day. I had to contact my manager and let her know that I was unable to do my full job today because of their noise. I am very sad to write this review because of how nice and understanding Todd was, but the workers were just not good.

He was quick to arrive, cordial and seemingly attentive to the conversation. The issues came when he sent one of his employees to do what we discussed. Instead of completing the additions needed and *getting the water softener back online for use*, Blake's employee only completed the additions. The piping to the softener is now cut and we can't even use the softener. We started with a leaking softener, but now after Mike Sherman's "repairs" we can't use it at all. Blake was given a chance to fix the mistake before I resorted to this review. I've saved all our text convo. He stated that, "we did what was discussed." You be the judge.
