Owner- From the beginning to now Sean has always been on top of things when it comes to communication. A lot of the cleaning services out there are so attentive in the beginning and then start to ignore you and slack but you definitely won't experience that here. As an owner he always makes sure that you're satisfied with the cleaning services and always follows up and even IF there is a problem you can always count on him to do what he can. Staff- Everyone I've met so far were so polite and friendly and they always do their best to accommodate to what you need. Honest and hard working, I trust these people enough to be able to leave the house without worrying that something might go missing. (One thing I will say is that due to the constant changes in scheduling, you might not get the same people coming over to clean) Prices: It obviously is going to vary depending on what you're looking for and the size of the place, but all around the prices are pretty reasonable especially because they do a great job at it. Cleaning: Consistency is key and the hardest one to find but overall the quality of their service is great and consistent even after an year being with them. (You can even ask them to use your own cleaning products if you want) If you're looking for the best cleaning service I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly within days of the quote. He came out and looked over the driveway. I also had red spray paint on my driveway that he noticed as well and told me that could come up very easily. I asked him how much of the oil stain would actually come out and he said about 80% but because it was so old that it wouldn't come out completely. I proceeded with the service and it took him around 20-25 minutes to complete. Overall, he did the job that was asked, he was professional and polite. He did say that he uses all organic chemicals. I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable but I just feel like it's possible for the oil stain to come out more than it did. The spray paint came out with no issue. I actually…read moredidn't have them do my guest room so it was just my master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room area. We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.
