When we drop them off, waving goodbye with a tear in our eye, they don't even look back and are off with the girls for their holiday! The staff and owners are really lovely and friendly, and you can tell they love the dogs! When we pick them up, they are happy and in perfect condition. The fact that when we drop them off, they are so happy and excited to see the girls speaks volumes! Would recommend them to anyone, 5 star hotel for dogs!

Excellent experience at beautiful cattery with caring owner…read more I boarded my two 6.5 month old kittens with Bluehayes Cattery for one week from 8th September 2018. The owner, Angela Jones, fulfilled all the criteria for a 5-star rating, including the requirement of vaccination certificates, cats' diet etc. When we arrived with the cats, we were given ample time for them to settle in before we left. Their toys were placed in their enclosure, along with additional toys, such as a cat tunnel, that we had not brought. We did bring a box of the food our kittens like and when we returned, Ms Jones had purchased more of this food to give to them. Their litter tray, water bowl and bedding was clean and our babies were healthy and happy. The surroundings are beautiful and well-kept. Ms Jones was very pleasant to deal with, looked after our cats very well and we would have no hesitation in boarding them with her again.

We took our cats here when we went on holiday for a week I explained when book that they were house…read morecats, and when we got there I explained that one that was very nervous and when she gets upset she may wee on things, I gave the lady three cat beds and blankets so there was always a fresh blanket go into the kennel, she should be if this happened to wash the bed or blanket. When we went to pick up a cats a week later we got there the cat carry cage was fun of faeces and there blanket in there was soiled completely. The other three Beds that we have left over smell like wee too, and 2 were wet through, to top it off my cat smells of faeces and cat wee as you can imagine. When I followed the lady to pick up some of the cats belongings ( the toys that she hadn't put in with the cats, they had no play toys at all!!!) I went into the room where she keeps the food, it was all Sainsbury's budget cat food, not the salmon, tuna or chicken that she had advertised on the site. One of my cats has also lost a kilo in weight. I will never take my cat here again and advise that no one else takes the cats here either.
