Very popular in Tavistock but service is speedy and efficient so you don't have to queue for long. They sell all the dog foods and biscuits by weight so you can try a small amount before you commit to a massive bag. Highly recommended.

My daughters love going there as there are animals there that you can look at and buy like: hamsters, rats, guniea pigs and fish. All the cages and fish tanks look really clean and the animals look well looked after. We brought our hamster from there and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Once we had chosen the hamster they got him out the cage. They then explained to us how to look after him and showed us what food he needed etc.They then gave us a little box and a bit of bedding to take him him home in. I would say the shop has great customer service.

This is a lovely pet shop of a reasonable size. All the common animal accessories, as well as a few…read moreextras, are here and it is next to a large car park. It also has a range of common animals for sale and staff are quite happy for you to just browse and look at the animals. The shop is clean and tidy although it can get quite busy so access in and around is sometimes difficult. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. In peak times queue times can be a while, usually because staff do serve each customer throughly rather than there being long queues.

My order was constantly as "pending" even though I had checkout and paid correctly. It wasn't until I sent an email asking what was happening that it changed to acknowledged. If I had known delivery would take so long I would not have gone with this company. The goods are as described but the slowness in replying to my emails and delivery time make this a very poor choice of company.

Upstairs is a tropical section with hundreds of fish to choose from, lizards and even spiders! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly too and will help you choose the right pet and everything to go with it. Downstairs they sell rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, hamsters and rats as well as several types of birds.

They have a lot of stuff you would expect such as leads, bowls, cages and feeders. It is a pet paradise. It is nowhere as big as Pets at home but it has all the essentials you would and could ever need. I believe they sell a few small pets in there as well, such as hamster, mice and rats. If you need supplies for your pet then this should be your first place to come.
