I am a mother of three kids and had my oldest enter TT at age 2, she stayed until she finished the pre-k program and entered kindagarden. My child is more than prepared for her first year of elementary school. She loved every day of Tutor time and often asks to visit her teachers. My middle child started out in the infant room with Miss Jackie and Miss Denise at 3 months, I cannot not say enough about these two ladies. They go above and beyond to give the infants all the love and attention you could want your small baby to have. They sit with them, play with them, they even do arts and crafts. My middle boy, now 3, is so bonded to them because of the amount of care given to him from the start. The other teachers have really carried through as he has grown and developed. Currently, my now 7 month old has been exclusively with Miss Jackie, it gives me great comfort that he gives her the biggest smile and baby hug every morning when I drop him off. I may not like the answers but they try their best. In the beginning it was rough because my son cried everyday while drop off but it got better with time and I'm happy to say that he's enjoys his time there. Due to Covid parents aren't allowed to go in to the class to drop off and I'd have to say that was the hardest part. They have all kinds of activities such as water play, bounce house, and petting zoo, it's nice that the children get to enjoy all these various activities. He would come home every day when he was toddler with a huge smile on his face from a day of fun, educational play, he would be tired out ready for dinner, bath and bedtime. Every morning he would jump up and was ready for the day at school again! Miss Lisa the director, I've known for over 23 years, since day 1 of my son going there! She is the most generous, caring individual you will ever meet! She is the mother hen to all the children in that school and all the staff that she leads! In the 23 years Ive know her, every day I've seen her, she ALWAYS has a smile on her face ALWAYS! My saddest day was when my son graduated out of PKC and was off to Pre-K. He was leaving Miss Lisa and her wonderful staff, his first best friends, most of who he grew up with since he was1 but he was ready and more advanced than most Pre-K kids going into the public school system! 10 years later Lisa welcomed me back with open arms when I had my daughter Bella! OMG I was so happy to be back home at Precious Kids... this time Bella was there from 6 weeks old...until she graduated at 4 years old! my little girl IS WHO SHE IS TODAY BECAUSE OF PKC. She is CONFIDENT she walks around with her head held high, INTELLIGENT, she was given those early education tools that she wouldn't have gotten sitting home watching nick Jr., SHES SOCIAL, she knew how to make friends by walking into a room, Bella started off as a confident educated princess there and she's now a 16 year old Beauty queen still confidently beautiful with high 90's at a prestigious private school being offered academic scholarships already from colleges. Most would attribute this to their elementary schools, I give full credit to precious kids where she started! Its all where your child begins! where your child learns who they want to be! And here I am again 12 years later with a 3rd child as a student in PKC!! My little MJ didnt get to start as early as Bella because of Covid... but he did start at 2! And like most kids that were stuck at home with their mommys and daddys for 2 years during quarantine, hes still adjusting a little bit to socializing and the know hows of the world, but Lisa and her staff are so great and well versed in dealing with the kids coming out of this pandemic world! and it's such a fragile thing but they are children and I wouldn't bring the most important things in my life just anywhere! PKC is family so I entrust my family to my family! What I love about Lisa is the care and the knowledge she has... that every child is their own person. My MJ marches to the beat of his own drum. And she expressed to me that MJ needs a little push so she is doing everything possible on there end to provide that push... and she has helped me to learn how to help my son... not many places would take the time, especially at a daycare, but Lisa and her staff do FOR EVERY CHILD! Miss Stephanie, Miss Alex, Miss Barbera, Miss Brittany, Miss Danielle, Miss Monica, Miss Theresa... All of you are leaving imprints in all of these children... they will remember what you've taught them and how you've helped them grow! Before daycare, we had an au pair, but we felt he would benefit more from being around other children. Of all the options we explored, Goddard was by far the best choice. The school is safe, clean, and has plenty of outdoor space for kids to run and play, plus an indoor gym for rainy or very cold days. The staff is passionate about their work, maintains strict teacher-to-child ratios, and follows a curriculum that balances fun with learning. We receive photos throughout the day and a helpful en-of-day report. We've been very happy with all my son's teachers over the years. They've made him feel special, encouraged his growth, and helped him form strong friendships. The children motivate one another in such a positive way. Some people mention that tuition is higher than other schools, but we feel it's worth it for the level of care and education provided. You do need to pack lunch and snacks daily, but that's no different from feeding your child at home-and it ensures they'll eat food they enjoy. Coming from NYC, we were expecting long daycare waitlists, so we reached out six months before his start date. To our surprise, we had no issues getting a spot, and he's been enrolled full time since day one. We highly recommend this school.

If you need to withdraw your child, many schools have a 30-day opt-out clause - Goddard's opt-out clause is 60 days, and you need to be careful because they are extremely vague and unclear when it comes to money. The teachers seemed entirely disinterested in the families and children, the outdoor space is tiny, and the overall environment did not feel welcoming.

My daughter graduated last year after 5 years at Harmony. She had been there since she was 12 weeks old and she misses her teachers so much!! She learned so much in her time at Harmony, so much in fact that she was more than prepared for Kindergarten. I also have a 15 month old who is now in the infant room for a second year as her birthday misses the cut off. She is so happy there and absolutely loves going to see her teachers every day. She already does sign language, which is impressive and continues to learn new skills every day. It's so nice to know she is being loved and cared for while I am at work. The curriculum at Harmony is amazing. It is highly focused on education which is evident when your kids come home with a new song every week, speaking Spanish, sign language, writing and math skills to name but a few. I know from friends who had to leave there due to relocation that they had difficult time finding somewhere that was even remotely similar. A lot of places just let kids play all day with no curriculum. The tuition is very competitive if not lower than a lot of places. They are also on top of things when it comes to government standards which is highly important. It's safety and cleanliness is above standards. Not everyone is going to like or agree with everything in all circumstances but at the end of the day the focus and concern at Harmony is for the kids, their safety and education.
