The wellness floor space is spread over several floors, from the main weight and cardio areas surrounded by the track to multiple focus areas in the new tower, including multipurpose strength training areas, basketball/pickelball courts, classrooms, and multiple areas for cardio, barbells, kettleballs, etc. This location is cleaner than other area Y locations and has ample staff to help answer questions. The new locker rooms are stocked with towels, there's a rooftop space with weights and a view, and a nice new indoor pool in the bottom floor. Parking is inexpensive with a membership and they have overflow parking a block away.

Even during peak hours, I'm usually able to move through my routine without too much waiting, which is a big plus. The atmosphere is also great -- most of the people I've met here have been friendly and respectful, and everyone's been cool about letting me work in when they're using equipment I need. It makes the gym feel welcoming instead of intimidating. The only downside is the parking situation. Having to park off-site at the Whole Foods garage isn't ideal. While validation helps, the garage itself is tight, crowded, and pretty chaotic with cars and pedestrians constantly moving around. The walk across the street to the gym can also be unpleasant when it's cold or raining. Overall though, great gym, great equipment, and a friendly staff -- definitely recommend if you're looking for a quality workout space in the Gulch.

One of the best Core/Glute/Back workouts I've had in a long time . Everything was 5stars , starting with my call prior to arriving , greeting in studio , tour, explanation of workouts before the class had started and my instructor Sammy was high energy the entire class and oh how I needed that . After class our instructor also spent time showing the 2 new folks asking how we felt and demonstrating a move for us on the machine. The reformer machines used in studio are by far my favorite . The front low bar used for plank up/downs/ was awesome ! There's even a storage space under reformer for dumbbells , stability bar as well as other fun equipment used in class. It was nice having everything all in one space. The hands on corrections were helpful . They've got the "pit" to stash your stuff under the reformer or lockers. No showers , but bathrooms are large enough for quick changes and are stocked with amenities. They also have a separate vanity area in a shared space. The music is loud & the room has a dark club feel with fun lighting . Loved the vibe of the entire studio. Very clean. Pro tip : If you sweat as much as I do , bring a sweat towel & grip socks. Arrive 10min early . Parking is open and easy daytime and I had no issues but I'm sure evenings can be difficult due to this high traffic location , I recommend uber or Lyft when possible in evenings . I will be back ! The coaches demonstrate the exercises (plus modifications) at the start of class, so it feels doable for everyone. And if there's something you can't do, chances are you're not alone! I've been coming here for 9-ish years and have seen athletes of all levels join FFN. Some are new, some are injured, some are pregnant, all have a place. I really like how the coaches get to know each member's skill and comfort level over time--if you want to push yourself, they'll gladly help you do it (safely)! I just started going to their Barbell Club classes (strength training), which I'm not great at yet. There are people lifting HEAVY weights around me while I'm still learning form, but I feel really encouraged by them. It's been a fun new challenge! You'll get out what you put into this place. And I've got a forever-gym, great friends, and a fitness routine that supports my goals. Just come :) it'll be fun.
