The number one was the ease and confidence he displayed with the surgery and the recovery time. It's only been one month since my surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Remington gave me exactly what I wanted and my breast looks amazing! I had the surgery performed on a Thursday and I was back to work by Monday. My scars are small and perfectly placed in the crease under my breasts. His office is very professional and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The location has easy access off of 405 and the hospital has free parking. It took me years to get up the courage to have the surgery, which was silly now that I know how easy it all was. I went with my gut in choosing Dr. Remington to perform my surgery and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Dr. Remington for your breast augmentation needs.

He and the rest of the staff did some hand-holding for me due to my fear of general anesthesia for which I am so grateful. Dr Remington has his son Austin working there who is also a plastic surgeon. I have not had a procedure done by him but I know he assisted on one of mine. I had a follow up appointment with him in lieu of Dr Bradley due to schedule issues and he was friendly and professional also. I hear he is also very skilled. Jen, who works at the front desk, I think is the office manager. She runs things very efficiently and I can't say enough nice things about her. Super sharp and no BS. I think she adds huge value as she is on top of everything. I sent a non-urgent email on a Friday night, not expecting a response until Monday morning but she emailed me back early Saturday morning from home! She checks her emails all weekend even though they are not open. Communication is crisp which is important to me. I've been a registered nurse/nurse practitioner for 30 years or so AND briefly worked in a plastic surgery practice so I have the capacity to notice when things are "off" or not good or unprofessional, but I have noticed nothing of the kind.. The nurses who work in surgery are top notch too although my times with them have been brief because in surgery you are asleep most of the time. They totally put me at ease and the vibe is they enjoy working there. I think Bradley makes it fun because he likes to banter a little. So this is is my very long-winded "definite recommend". Thank you for reading.

During my consultation Dr. Egrari he told me he would also do liposuction (paying for it) to remove some extra fat from my arms but when I asked his nurses after surgery if liposuction had been done they told me it hadn't. My results were not anywhere near what I expected/desired. I was left with approximately two inches of loose/jiggly skin and my "after" looked like someone's " before photo." I was obviously very disappointed and upset after the money spent and the painful recovery. I discussed this with Dr. Egrari during my follow-up appointment. He basically gas lit me saying the results were proportionate to my body and that my arms looked better than before. When I lifted my arms and showed him the excess skin jiggling like a bat wing, he told me that even twelve year old's have arm jiggle. If Dr. Egrari would have validated my disappointment and acknowledged that the results weren't optimal I would have continued to have trust in him knowing this could potentially happen. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. He did tell me that we could meet in 6 months and if I was still unhappy we could discuss my options to see if I still felt I needed it, but doubling down that he stands by his opinion that my results were optimal. I'm not sure how extra time would solve anything, like in 6 months my arms would miraculously tighten up and the fat would disappear. I flew out of state to get a second opinion from a highly respected surgeon who told me that I had well over two inches of loose skin that still needed to be removed along with some additional fat that required liposuction. He also said as time went on the sagging would get even worse. I'm very upset that I have to pay for another surgery and start all over. While I believe Dr. Egrari does some things right (runs a safe practice with great before and after care) I believe his surgical approach is far too conservative resulting in a disappointing outcome.

I was a longtime patient of Dr. Egrari, having undergone multiple procedures with him over the span…read moreof more than a decade. Our relationship was always friendly and professional, and I had no issues with his care until a complication arose that required a more nuanced and specialized approach. Years ago, Dr. Egrari selected textured anatomical (teardrop-shaped) breast implants for my augmentation. Unfortunately, these implants rotated in the existing pocket, creating noticeable asymmetry. I later learned from other surgeons that placing teardrop implants into an existing pocket is generally not recommended for precisely this reason. I brought this concern to Dr. Egrari's attention, but he didn't offer to correct the issue, and at the time, I wasn't eager to undergo another surgery. Years later, I learned that the implants in my body had been recalled due to their association with BIA-ALCL, a rare lymphoma linked to textured implants. By then, I had also developed two autoimmune conditions and became seriously concerned that the implants might be contributing to systemic inflammation. When I brought these concerns to Dr. Egrari, I was disappointed by his response. He was dismissive of Breast Implant Illness (BII), calling it "hysteria from women on Facebook," despite my sharing published studies from reputable sources like PubMed showing emerging evidence of a link between implants and autoimmune symptoms. I ultimately decided to remove the implants and placed a $1000 deposit when a cancellation became available. However, when I asked Dr. Egrari to confirm that he would perform a full capsulectomy (removal of the scar capsule around the implant), he declined, citing the potential risks due to capsule adhesion to the ribs. While I respect that decision, I chose instead to go to a specialist in explant surgery who was certified in microsurgical techniques and could guarantee full capsule removal--something advised for patients with autoimmune symptoms. I wrote a polite and respectful email explaining my concerns and decision to go with a specialist. Despite only holding the surgery slot for two days, Dr. Egrari retained my full deposit and shockingly banned me from his practice. While Dr. Egrari may be a skilled surgeon for routine procedures, my experience suggests that when problems arise, patients may be completely abandoned and met with petty, small minded, unprofessional conduct. Surgeons will often refer out to specialists but after years of loyalty, I was left stunned by how quickly all goodwill evaporated the moment I needed care that required a more specialized approach. It was a hurtful and revealing end to what had once been a trusting doctor-patient relationship.

Dear Allure Esthetic Team,…read more I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery and post-op care. I would like to extend my thanks to Dr. Sajan, Dr. Khezri, Chansotie, Tina, and Shelby for their professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Dr. Sajan was very honest with me about what I could expect from my surgery and made sure I had a realistic goal for my physical results. He was professional, caring, kind, and funny throughout the process. Dr. Khezri was also kind, caring, and funny. My sister mentioned that he stayed with the staff and waited until I was in the care of my sister before he left to go home for the night. Chansotie and Tina at the Kirkland office were both very helpful before and after the surgery. They were knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Shelby at the Seattle office was so sweet, kind, helpful, and understanding. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and I wish she would have been at every one of my post-op appointments. I am only a couple of weeks out of surgery and am pleased with my results thus far. I came to Dr. Sanjan from another state to fix a prior breast lift and mini tummy tuck. I will update you during my process. Thank you again for your exceptional care. I would highly recommend Allure Esthetic to anyone seeking medical care. Surgical team: Dr Sajan, Dr.Khezri (anesthesia), Chansotie (nurse), Tina (PA). Post-op care: Shelby (MA) Sincerely, Danika Bowman

This review is specifically about my experience with injectables at this practice…read more After spending nearly $50,000 on surgical procedures, I was advised at my one-month postoperative visit that I needed additional Botox and filler. I was surprised by this recommendation given how recently I had undergone a coronal brow lift and facelift. At that visit, I was quoted approximately $1,200 for 100 units of Botox and $1,800 for Juvéderm. I ultimately received 55 units of Botox. The effects lasted about four weeks, significantly shorter than the three months I was told to expect. When I followed up about the shortened duration, I was given differing explanations -- first that it was due to my metabolism, and later that it may have been due to injection placement. No replacement units or refund were offered. Separately, I paid $3,600 for lip fat transfer that did not produce lasting results, and I was billed $1,800 for additional filler at one month post-op. During one lip injection visit, I informed the injector that I have pre-existing lip granulomas from prior filler years ago. The injection was uncomfortable, and when I expressed pain, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed professionally. Overall, I did not feel that my postoperative concerns were met with thoughtful reassessment. Instead, additional injectables were recommended early in the recovery period. I encourage patients to ask detailed questions about postoperative expectations, duration of injectable products, and refund policies before proceeding. Dr. Naficy's surgical consent states, "if a patient is dissatisfied, we will make a best effort to remediate." This statement is as far from the truth as it can get. Please share my review so other patients can avoid my very expensive mistake in judgement.

Everyone there was wonderful but my experience with my surgeon, Dr Sattler was less than impressive. I was very clear with what I wanted for my breast augmentation. I showed him pictures of my goal. He assured me he could achieve this with no issue in order to get my $9000. I chose Dr Sattler because of how convincing he was that he could achieve the results that I wanted. The surgery itself seems to go well. Afterwards, I noticed very early on my outcome was nothing like what I was assured I would receive. After many appointments, emails, texts and calls with Dr Sattler, I became more and more frustrated. He was extremely dismissive, arrogant and seemed like my concerns were not valid. He kept telling me if after 1 year I was still unhappy he would fix them. This was an outright lie. I still have pain in my right breast after 15 months, I have a double bubble on my right breast so it looks odd and neither breast is the shape or aesthetic I was promised. He actually told me if I had come a few months later, he could have achieved the result that I wanted but at the time of my surgery he was less comfortable with the other type of implant that he should have used due to inexperience with it. His solution was to remove the implant on my right breast, attempt to fix the double bubble, then place the old implant back in. He stated he did not know if this would work and it would look odd for about a year but this was my only option. I asked about revisions on both breasts because neither looked right, and he said he would not do this. So much for standing by their results. He consulted with 2 other surgeons about my case, without my knowledge or permission. He wanted to charge me $3000 to attempt to fix the bubble until I pointed out they promise on social media that they will not charge you additional money if they need to fix something they did. I have no faith or confidence in him as a surgeon. He permanently altered my body and arrogantly dismissed all of my concerns. I saved for this surgery for a long time and now will have to save again to have someone else fix his mistakes. Very disappointed. I feel like I was very mislead with his sales pitch and my consultation.
