So after a few months the day finally arrived! I had a 6am appointment and nervous, no idea how much pain I'll be in afterward, and thought about backing out. But I press forward, comforted by the amazing anesthesiologist whom made me laugh and stayed with me the whole time. After getting on the table, I fell asleep without even noticing I was about to and woke up basically on my way home. My wife putting me to bed I didn't feel tired and in fact felt energetic. The most profound thing is that I didn't even take the strong pain killers at any time afterwards. I felt no pain at any stage ever. I understood the risks involved in surgery as best as I could but also knew that if anyone was going to get it right, it was going to be him. And I'm so glad I did. I would highly suggest reading as many detailed reviews as possible and doing extensive research on any procedure you intend to have. There are so many reasons people may want to elect to have a surgery but if you've made it so far as to be ready to pull the trigger on it, just make sure your fully prepared. One thing to keep in mind is that while you will look AMAZING weeks or even months later, you will have to be patient with your results until then. Very patient. It is hard to go into something wanting to look and feel better but to actually look and feel worse until you've fully healed. But that is a part of the process and the commitment that surgery takes. You will be so happy you did this, but the results aren't exactly instant. You have to commit to healing. Take care of yourself and do everything Amadi suggests. READ THIS this before setting up a consultation with Dr. Amadi!!…read more I'm very DISAPPOINTED with this practice! Dr Amadi & his practice reneged on an agreement they made with me. I was very specific in stating that I was exploring surgical procedures and I may not be able to accommodate a surgical procedure. I said I would only agree to spend $250 on a consult with him if I could use it toward a non-surgical procedure like injectables if I decided not to move forward. They agreed, and now, they are RENEGING on that promise!! They have no problem now that they have your money!! They've apologized for the misunderstanding, but will not make any exception or offer any kind of concession. So be clear, that when you give them $250 or more to have a consultation with Dr. Amadi, you will lose that amount if you decide not to do a surgical procedure or decide not to move forward with him. They will justify this action by saying he takes 1.5hrs of his time to consult with you. I did not dispute that. I was clear of the time he was spending but again, they said I could apply it to a non-surgical procedure. I thought this was fair because I kept the money in his practice. I was not asking for my money back. Aside from this, their front desk and Dr Amadi were nice. You have choices! Do your research and ask for their policies. Ask how they do their consultations. Get things in writing. As a sidenote, from my experience & opinion, 1.5hrs is not needed when you're just exploring options and doctors for the first time. You want to talk with other Plastic surgeons to get their inputs, costs and policies. Most of these intro level appointments have not been more than 30 to 60 minutes elsewhere. And if I wanted to explore further wi a doctor I booked another appointment. If Dr Amadi wants to run his practice this way, that's his choice. Just be very clear that you will lose that money if you choose not to do surgery with him.

I was told while having a mammogram that implants could hide some forms of breast cancer. I researched and got three separate quotes (Sound Plastic Surgery was the middle price) and choose Dr. Josh Copper based on his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. I am pleased with the way that everything turned out. My new breast are beautiful and fit my body perfectly. Before my surgery my right breast was larger than my left and Dr. Cooper was able to even them out. The nursing staff and clinic team were kind, attentive and answered all my questions. Dr. Cooper gave me his cell phone number and checked in on me the night of my surgery and the following couple days (including the weekend). Everyone there was wonderful but my experience with my surgeon, Dr Sattler was less than impressive. I was very clear with what I wanted for my breast augmentation. I showed him pictures of my goal. He assured me he could achieve this with no issue in order to get my $9000. I chose Dr Sattler because of how convincing he was that he could achieve the results that I wanted. The surgery itself seems to go well. Afterwards, I noticed very early on my outcome was nothing like what I was assured I would receive. After many appointments, emails, texts and calls with Dr Sattler, I became more and more frustrated. He was extremely dismissive, arrogant and seemed like my concerns were not valid. He kept telling me if after 1 year I was still unhappy he would fix them. This was an outright lie. I still have pain in my right breast after 15 months, I have a double bubble on my right breast so it looks odd and neither breast is the shape or aesthetic I was promised. He actually told me if I had come a few months later, he could have achieved the result that I wanted but at the time of my surgery he was less comfortable with the other type of implant that he should have used due to inexperience with it. His solution was to remove the implant on my right breast, attempt to fix the double bubble, then place the old implant back in. He stated he did not know if this would work and it would look odd for about a year but this was my only option. I asked about revisions on both breasts because neither looked right, and he said he would not do this. So much for standing by their results. He consulted with 2 other surgeons about my case, without my knowledge or permission. He wanted to charge me $3000 to attempt to fix the bubble until I pointed out they promise on social media that they will not charge you additional money if they need to fix something they did. I have no faith or confidence in him as a surgeon. He permanently altered my body and arrogantly dismissed all of my concerns. I saved for this surgery for a long time and now will have to save again to have someone else fix his mistakes. Very disappointed. I feel like I was very mislead with his sales pitch and my consultation.

On the day of surgery, I was told the procedure was canceled due to a positive nicotine test--something I was never informed would be required on the day of surgery. I was left emotionally devastated and financially drained. No part of the surgery was performed, and the practice refused to return any of my payment. After speaking with the office on the day of the surgery when I was groggy from medications and then one less than 10 minute conversation, the office told me they would not be discussing with me any further my request for a refund or alternative to losing out on my 25k payment.
