It still stands as one of the best decisions I have ever made, it's no exaggeration to say that having this surgery vastly improved my life. I feel better, am more confident, more active, more comfortable, clothes fit better and SUMMER is no longer the torture it once was - I can wear strappy tank tops, dresses, and wireless bras!!!! I've had a few friends who commented that, after seeing the change in me, they are seriously considering a reduction for themselves. It's been two years and they look GREAT. The scars underneath have lightened considerably and there are no scars at all around the areola. You can still feel the scars underneath, but it's nothing major. The right one was numb for awhile, but most of the feeling has come back by now - also not a big deal and totally worth it. They are a helluva lot perkier (win!), and the shape & size has settled nicely. I've had no complications or weird issues. My yoga practice has taken off, I enjoy running & jogging now (something I never even did before The Reduction), and bathing suits are SO MUCH EASIER TO DEAL WITH. I just FEEL 110% better than I did before. I'm more active. I can't say enough - if this is something you're considering, DO IT. Talk to Dr McMillan, they will help you with insurance, payments, etc. I couldn't imagine having done it anywhere else.

I have had a few procedures here and I have to say Dr Bradley Remington is at the top of his game…read more I have had two excellent outcomes. He and the rest of the staff did some hand-holding for me due to my fear of general anesthesia for which I am so grateful. Dr Remington has his son Austin working there who is also a plastic surgeon. I have not had a procedure done by him but I know he assisted on one of mine. I had a follow up appointment with him in lieu of Dr Bradley due to schedule issues and he was friendly and professional also. I hear he is also very skilled. Jen, who works at the front desk, I think is the office manager. She runs things very efficiently and I can't say enough nice things about her. Super sharp and no BS. I think she adds huge value as she is on top of everything. I sent a non-urgent email on a Friday night, not expecting a response until Monday morning but she emailed me back early Saturday morning from home! She checks her emails all weekend even though they are not open. Communication is crisp which is important to me. I've been a registered nurse/nurse practitioner for 30 years or so AND briefly worked in a plastic surgery practice so I have the capacity to notice when things are "off" or not good or unprofessional, but I have noticed nothing of the kind.. The nurses who work in surgery are top notch too although my times with them have been brief because in surgery you are asleep most of the time. They totally put me at ease and the vibe is they enjoy working there. I think Bradley makes it fun because he likes to banter a little. So this is is my very long-winded "definite recommend". Thank you for reading.

This journey began many years ago. I did tons of research and had many consults with other centers,…read morebut none of them compelled me to follow through. And then I researched Egrari and I'm so happy I did! My consultation was initially scheduled for November 2022, but as luck would have it, a cancellation came through and I was able to get in a few months earlier. Dr Egrari answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and was extremely knowledgeable. I made the decision right then and there to move forward with scheduling a surgery date. And yes, the wait is long, but IT IS WORTH IT! (I will say, I used the time to workout to strengthen my arms and legs and stay up on supplements in hopes to help with healing.) During that wait time they were communicative and provided me with information to help prepare me for surgery, and weeks prior to surgery, they walked me through, in great detail, what to expect. They were attentive and put my mind at ease. I am nearly 2 weeks post op (tummy tuck, lipo of flanks and inner thighs), and I can already tell that this girl is gonna look snatched (for those that don't know, that's a great thing)! I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the care and attentiveness I have been given throughout this journey and am excited for when I'm fully healed. Big thank you to Dr Egrari, Elle, Ariel, Madeline, Justine, Catherine and all the other wonderful humans that I've engaged with during this time.

I had an arm lift by Dr. Egrari several months ago. I will start by saying his before and after…read morecare is amazing with great nurses that walk you through everything. During my consultation Dr. Egrari he told me he would also do liposuction (paying for it) to remove some extra fat from my arms but when I asked his nurses after surgery if liposuction had been done they told me it hadn't. My results were not anywhere near what I expected/desired. I was left with approximately two inches of loose/jiggly skin and my "after" looked like someone's " before photo." I was obviously very disappointed and upset after the money spent and the painful recovery. I discussed this with Dr. Egrari during my follow-up appointment. He basically gas lit me saying the results were proportionate to my body and that my arms looked better than before. When I lifted my arms and showed him the excess skin jiggling like a bat wing, he told me that even twelve year old's have arm jiggle. If Dr. Egrari would have validated my disappointment and acknowledged that the results weren't optimal I would have continued to have trust in him knowing this could potentially happen. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. He did tell me that we could meet in 6 months and if I was still unhappy we could discuss my options to see if I still felt I needed it, but doubling down that he stands by his opinion that my results were optimal. I'm not sure how extra time would solve anything, like in 6 months my arms would miraculously tighten up and the fat would disappear. I flew out of state to get a second opinion from a highly respected surgeon who told me that I had well over two inches of loose skin that still needed to be removed along with some additional fat that required liposuction. He also said as time went on the sagging would get even worse. I'm very upset that I have to pay for another surgery and start all over. While I believe Dr. Egrari does some things right (runs a safe practice with great before and after care) I believe his surgical approach is far too conservative resulting in a disappointing outcome.
