I wanted to try something new with my partner and had no idea the many benefits of salt. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our curiosities about the cave. There were many ways to relax in the cave to make it fun or simply to meditate. After a 45 minute session I felt more than relaxed and even felt my sinuses clear up a bit. I look forward to another session along with the meditation classes they offer.

I had a wonderful experience with my friend at the salt cave. We wore athletic wear so our skin could best absorb the salt. We were offered soft blankets to go into the cave with to keep us comfortable. We relaxed in the chairs and slowly migrated down into the salt to do some breathing and meditation. When our session was done we drank water and felt extremely relaxed. I can tell a day later, that I am more happy and my body feels rejuvenated! We will be back again soon.

I loved my first session at Prana Salt Cave. It was super relaxing, and being in the salt cleared up my sore throat that had started that morning. The space is clean, bright and comfortable, and the owner is very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I was here for a yelp elite event and thoroughly enjoyed my 1 hour session in the salt cave. It was relaxing and calming. I can't honestly say that I noticed any health benefits or could even tell you what I "experienced". But it was a beautiful space, well thought out, and I'm excited to return for maybe some yoga or other events. The owner was so sweet and gave us a little tour of the whole studio as well as hot tea after our session.

Went to the salt cave tonight and really loved it. In all honestly it's not something I would ever have thought to do or pay for on my own accord but it was surprising relaxing and rejuvenating. I enjoyed my halotherapy session and would recommend to the right person.

Glad I got there a little early so the Owner Liana really took time and explained things and made the experience delightful and truly relaxing! I think the only think that could have made it even more perfect was having one of those massive giant pillow bean bags to fall into and rest! Thanks for an amazing experience and I can't wait to come back!

Such a relaxing, awesome experience! I have tried many means of relaxation, but this was definitely one of my favorites. Within minutes my breathing had greatly enhanced!! The owner is fabulous & so welcoming!!

Everyone was really nice, the facility it's self is well cared for and clean. I plan on going back soon. I did the inferno Pilates and was feeling it the next 2 days. Don't let the name discourage you. It's worth checking out, bring water, towels and a mat. Can't wait to try the others!

Drop ins are typically $20.00 but when I asked if there was a military discount - Billy offers 100% free week to both me and my partner (both of us are veterans). I'm unsure if this is a published discount but I wasn't asking any questions! ONLY GRATITUDE! (It was my birthday too!) Context: I have been trying out studios that offer Vinyasa yoga and Hot Yoga (26 standing) since 2011 when I was traveling for work, so I've been around the block on or twice ;) i love trying new places when I travel because every Yogi Instructor brings a different aspect / perspective and life experiences (Just like is!) to the class and the way they lead the class. Billy was no different, part of me wishes I could have asked how he got into Yoga since the way he lead was unique and he brought one or two different anecdotes that were very special and relative. The studio was clean, had Valentine's Day balloons everywhere and wonderful music that took us through the practice! I will 100% recommend to any friends or family in the area. Full hour and perfect set up for the perfect day.

I signed up for the 200 Hour Teacher Training Program with Longwave Yoga in 2022. It's a 6 month…read moreprogram that cost $3,000. Training was scheduled for April - Sept. In June, unfortunately I had to stop going to the classes because my mom was really sick and I became her primary caretaker. I talked with the owner (Amanda) about my options. If possible I wanted to continue to do the work from home and still stay on track to graduate in Sept. Amanda told me there were a required amount of in-person contact hours which she knew were hard for me at that time but I would need to graduate and I could schedule private lessons with the lead trainers at a later date. So for the next five months I worked alone at my house and never heard from anyone at the studio other than the confirmation emails that they'd received my monthly payments. Then when I emailed the lead trainers to schedule the private lessons, Amanda said it would cost me $100 per hour for 158 contact hours, totaling $15,800. I explained that I should not have to pay more money because when Amanda and I had talked about the in-person contact hours previously she never said it would cost me more money. When I first found out about my mom's diagnosis it was June, and at that time I had only paid $1,500 into the program. I could have stopped paying right then but after talking with Amanda, I continued to make payments of $500 every month trusting her word that I could finish the program at a later date. Amanda completely mislead me. She told me I could schedule private lessons not once mentioning that it would cost me more money. Sadly after doing all the work at home, and paying $3,000, I still don't have my 200 Hour Yoga Certificate.

For starters, the space itself is warm, bright and gorgeous. They've got two studios (the second is relatively new) a small communal space and a deck that wraps around the back and looks out into the trees. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can finish my next visit with tea and conversation out there. The studio offers plenty of parking, lots of class options for all levels and even spa services (which I have yet to try but I'll have to splurge on a massage some time... you know.... to fulfill my duties as a responsible reviewer.... ). My instructor was awesome - guiding us through a challenging 90-minute session, but never taking things *too* seriously (I like that we can all admit that Warrior 3 is really freaking hard sometimes or get a good giggle out of Happy Baby). Like I said, I just got home and I'm already planning my return. It's a bit off the beaten path, but so worth the adventure. When you consider that it's only $15 to drop-in, and you leave feeling like you've just had a full body (and mind) massage? It's a steal :)
