Everyone was really nice, the facility it's self is well cared for and clean. I plan on going back soon. I did the inferno Pilates and was feeling it the next 2 days. Don't let the name discourage you. It's worth checking out, bring water, towels and a mat. Can't wait to try the others!

Drop ins are typically $20.00 but when I asked if there was a military discount - Billy offers 100% free week to both me and my partner (both of us are veterans). I'm unsure if this is a published discount but I wasn't asking any questions! ONLY GRATITUDE! (It was my birthday too!) Context: I have been trying out studios that offer Vinyasa yoga and Hot Yoga (26 standing) since 2011 when I was traveling for work, so I've been around the block on or twice ;) i love trying new places when I travel because every Yogi Instructor brings a different aspect / perspective and life experiences (Just like is!) to the class and the way they lead the class. Billy was no different, part of me wishes I could have asked how he got into Yoga since the way he lead was unique and he brought one or two different anecdotes that were very special and relative. The studio was clean, had Valentine's Day balloons everywhere and wonderful music that took us through the practice! I will 100% recommend to any friends or family in the area. Full hour and perfect set up for the perfect day.

I have never been so in love with an experience before. As an autistic person, this was the most amazing sensory experience of my life. The prices are so reasonable, and so worth it. After my first trip, I had to immediately come back the next day just to do it again. You can lay in the salt, play in it, cover your hands and feet, my clothes were covered in salt dust when I left and it made me so giddy. (You can also just lounge in their chairs if you prefer) Inhaling the salt they pump in felt incredible, Iv never breathed so deeply and clearly. I have asthma, and a heart condition, and it was so good for me. It also was a huge aid to my depression, anxiety, and grief process. I came here on my baby's birthday, my little girl who is in heaven now, and she felt close to Me here. The shop owner shared with me that many people feel called to come here with their grief (which is just love intensified) and bring photos of loved ones. I wrote some poetry in here on my solo visit, brought my favorite crystals and just let all the energy soak into me. The first visit I came with my son and husband, my son who is also autistic LOVED this experience. For a while We wrapped him in a blanket and he relaxed while I hurried his arms in the salt. He absolutely adored it. And being in there with him was such a beautiful experience for us both. He's 6. We will Be back! As often as humanly possible when we visit this area. Thank you so much for sharing space with me after my session shop owner, and thank you so much for creating this amazing place. I plan to visit more salt caves in the future but I truly don't think this location can be beat. It was absolutely beautiful inside. They also have beautiful crystals and tinctures and objects for sale Stay salty.

I signed up for the 200 Hour Teacher Training Program with Longwave Yoga in 2022. It's a 6 month…read moreprogram that cost $3,000. Training was scheduled for April - Sept. In June, unfortunately I had to stop going to the classes because my mom was really sick and I became her primary caretaker. I talked with the owner (Amanda) about my options. If possible I wanted to continue to do the work from home and still stay on track to graduate in Sept. Amanda told me there were a required amount of in-person contact hours which she knew were hard for me at that time but I would need to graduate and I could schedule private lessons with the lead trainers at a later date. So for the next five months I worked alone at my house and never heard from anyone at the studio other than the confirmation emails that they'd received my monthly payments. Then when I emailed the lead trainers to schedule the private lessons, Amanda said it would cost me $100 per hour for 158 contact hours, totaling $15,800. I explained that I should not have to pay more money because when Amanda and I had talked about the in-person contact hours previously she never said it would cost me more money. When I first found out about my mom's diagnosis it was June, and at that time I had only paid $1,500 into the program. I could have stopped paying right then but after talking with Amanda, I continued to make payments of $500 every month trusting her word that I could finish the program at a later date. Amanda completely mislead me. She told me I could schedule private lessons not once mentioning that it would cost me more money. Sadly after doing all the work at home, and paying $3,000, I still don't have my 200 Hour Yoga Certificate.

For starters, the space itself is warm, bright and gorgeous. They've got two studios (the second is relatively new) a small communal space and a deck that wraps around the back and looks out into the trees. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can finish my next visit with tea and conversation out there. The studio offers plenty of parking, lots of class options for all levels and even spa services (which I have yet to try but I'll have to splurge on a massage some time... you know.... to fulfill my duties as a responsible reviewer.... ). My instructor was awesome - guiding us through a challenging 90-minute session, but never taking things *too* seriously (I like that we can all admit that Warrior 3 is really freaking hard sometimes or get a good giggle out of Happy Baby). Like I said, I just got home and I'm already planning my return. It's a bit off the beaten path, but so worth the adventure. When you consider that it's only $15 to drop-in, and you leave feeling like you've just had a full body (and mind) massage? It's a steal :)
