I've never been surprised and delighted enough with any product or service to warrant my immediate review, that is, until I entered PranaHarmony. Word of the instructor, Indy, reached me before any mention of the establishment, but it was because of the praise my friend had given this seemingly mystic man that I decided to look further. I, myself, had been on a journey to self-realization, alignment, and enlightenment, so I took my studies very seriously. One glance at PranaHarmony's sleek and simple website was enough to convince me that there wasn't just copious spiritual jargon in the teachings, but DIGESTIBLE wisdom woven into them. I was out of town at the time, but I knew that as soon as I returned home, there was somewhere else waiting for me. As soon as I saw Indy, I knew it was him. He was glowing with a joyous yet humble demeanor, but with one look in his eyes, I witnessed a Cosmic spark and could sense great, tempered power. I said none of this to him, Of course, only watched in silent awe as he gave me a tour around his beautiful storefront. He showed me the healing rooms, the encased crystals, and the unbelievably potent essential oils he had on display. The staff counted no more than 4 at the time I visited, but as Indy has since taught me, "when it comes to spirituality, less is more." That establishment needs no more than it has, because what is there is enough to fill a lifetime. Each year, I plan to take myself on a self-enlightening journey for my birthday. This year, I chose an Energy Healing/Chakra Balance at Prana Harmony. Though I had never tried anything of the sort, some recent literature and a sample of Prana Harmony's incense led me to this adventure. It has been 10 days since my healing and I am STILL amazed. I have never felt such EUPHORIA as I did when I left my session; I literally felt as if I floated out of the building. I can truly say I had a spiritual healing that continues to reverberate in my daily actions, thoughts, and feelings. Not that it should matter, but I consider myself one of the Christian faith. This experience, for me, was truly a connection with God and one I continue to seek each day. I was visiting my sister for the holidays and went to Prana Harmony on four different occasions! Each trip being uniquely different but equally as insightful and helpful. I received healing from Indy and attended a meditation and can genuinely say I feel lighter and better, and after the year that was 2020 who doesn't want that?? I purchased gifts for 3 different Women in my life, all different ages and they all loved their gifts ( tumbled amethyst stone bracelet, moonstone angel, incense, incredible essential oils, sage sticks). Meredith is one of those people that you meet and changes your life. I can not express how awesome she is. I would consider myself below a beginner in the art of yoga. She takes time before/during and after class to work with me and to make sure I'm doing it right. The amount of flexibility and weight loss I have experienced is unreal. Meredith's knowledge doesn't stop there she is educated in Health,Fitness and making homemade products that increase your quality of life. It was a blessing that our paths crossed. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her. Her yoga teaching is awesome but she is so much more than that. When I walked into their space the first thing I felt was an undeniable peace. Indy and Meredith greeted me with the warmest and most genuine smiles. I've experienced some emotional trauma throughout my life and he saw this despite my strong demeanour. Indy provided me with spiritual and emotional healing through his Reike practice. I looked in the mirror before and then after. I felt lighter afterwards, my eyes were sparkling. It felt like I was floating, yet grounded in myself. The difference in my reflection in the mirror was astounding, as was the personal strength I gathered from this experience. I can't wait to go back for Meredith's yoga and Indy's uplifting reike. This was my first time going to this establishment. I really enjoyed my time here. The grand opening is 10/10 but it is currently open for appointments and shopping. The space is very nice and clean. There are lots of crystals, incenses, jewelry, etc. I scheduled an energy healing and was able to meet with Indy. He was super kind. He took his time discussing chakras with me and did a cleansing. Hi, this is my very first review, but it truly is a 5 star rating. Indy blew my mind-and my heart-with effortless wisdom. I filled out a sheet at the beginning and expected mild help after a friend's referral. I did not expect that he would read me like a book.
