About half an hour before the appointment I get a call that I will need to go to the East location instead of the West. Just for me to show and be told that the shots they have are expired. My entire experience has been excellent, I can't think of a single negative thing. The ADA staff has always made my visit a positive one, and even caught a small issue with my teeth once during a routine cleaning. In my second visit to ADA, for a cleaning, the dental hygienist noticed that I had a very small on the inside of my back teeth. I was able to get this repaired early, if it would have been later the process would have been more difficult. This experience tells me that the staff at ADA is caring and has attention to detail, which is congruent with the rest of my experience.
