In addition when I booked the moving Matt told my wife not to take the draws out of the dresser and after wrapping with the plastic wrap they could not pick up the dresser so the had to unwrap (and then they never wrapped it again and move and damage draws and the added time to move all the draws which caused more time. Leading up to moving day I received confirmation calls, emails, and texts. On moving day, Giorgi called me to let me know they would be arriving at the scheduled time to start the move. Giorgi and Giorgi were an unstoppable team! They were punctual, communicated with me throughout the process, and did great work. They were finished moving everything faster than I expected - no scratched walls, no damage to my items. From start to finish, things were simple and straightforward. Worth every penny to (1) have the peace of mind that things were getting moved on my timeline and (2) save myself from inevitable back pain. We had been worried about the move of the grandmother clock but were very impressed by the care taken to move it. All of our items were transported in one truck and all of the items arrived in perfect condition. Our move had to be scheduled quickly and we want to commend Grace on her responsiveness and professionalism. Day of move showed up early, thought great, gonna be quick, they had to make 2 trips, broke a dresser, scratched 90% of our things, ripped our brand new couches, brand new safe looks like it was drug down 95, then had the audacity to ask for more money, said they didn't make enough to pay the guys and put gas in the truck, texted and called me several times for more $$$$. We had a minor setback the morning of my move that caused them to arrive later than planned, but they were very communicative and gave me constant updates so I knew what time to expect them.
