There are multiple levels of security and the elevator is huge and fast. The owner, who is there all week, is super nice and helpful. You can tell he really takes pride in his business and maintains the utmost in customer service. There are ample dollies and carts, all in great condition. I mean, besides not moving all that heavy stuff again, but my monthly contact with Nieashia, who happily answered all my questions and went above & beyond helping me, really helped the decision to stay there. Once I called regarding some mouse droppings I found in the unit (which Google says is quite common and unavailable) and I was really upset, and she told me how they would do everything they could to help and what I could do to improve the situation. She handled it wonderfully. Every time I called, Nieashia was friendly and awesome. So, a huge thanks for Nieashia! And I really appreciated Michelle T's friendly monthly calls to remind me to make a payment to avoid late fees. Michelle once helped us financially in a huge way. The monthly calls and that one discount probably saved us hundreds of dollars over the years- so a huge thank you to her too!

Horrible, horrible storage facility. My very first month there I had an exterior unit which…read morecompletely flooded during a typical normal rain storm. No significant or phenomenal weather event whatsoever. For two years they gave me the runaround saying they lost my paperwork for my claim. Only to find out just recently that though they force you to pay for insurance, they would not cover my belongings. Though I have video of their actual ceiling leaking and pouring into my unit, I lost $1000 worth of belongings.. They also raise their rates often. They did not work with any of their customers during the Covid pandemic. Furthermore the main gate into the facility was broken for months on end leaving access to anyone during operating hours and making it impossible to enter and exit through that gate after hours. Customers had to go through the trailer storage area which was riddled with crater sized potholes and unpaved road. Horrible for a regular car to go through. Several times I arrived at my unit and could not get in with the keypad to the exterior door to my unit. The keypad was down and you couldn't access your items. The heavyset woman at the front desk is rude and nasty. I don't know her name, but she's not a customer oriented person. Furthermore they'll take your money and prorate you into your unit, but if you move out and they owe you money they do not prorate you out. For instance I had just paid for the month of September and was moving out on September 10. And they kept my money for the entire month. If you value your belongings and need reliable customer care and access to your belongings, I strongly urge you to avoid the storage facility at all costs.

This is their business model......get you in, then increase the rent an absorbent amount! This facility and company is completely unethical, and that is putting it so politely. It frankly is theft.
