I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I got a free car wash at the was station next door, full service, and they did a great wash. I am already planning my next visit with them. I will update review in the future.

I showed up for two rear tires after calling ahead for a quote. After sitting for about 10 minutes, I started wondering what was going on. The workers were just sitting around occasionally looking at me, and another 10 minutes went by before another customer walked in. They immediately stopped helping me and worked with her instead for about 15 minutes, while I continued waiting with no updates. I finally went up and asked how my tires were coming along. They suddenly told me they were "still inspecting" my tires and claimed one "wasn't bad," then said they didn't have any used tires -- which now meant the price jumped to $60 per tire, even though they already quoted me $50 on the phone and already took my money. At this point, I just wanted to leave. They installed one tire, still tried to upcharge me $10, and when I asked if it was new, they said it wasn't new but it was "good." To make the situation even worse, I later realized they put the wrong size tire on my car -- something that can be unsafe and should never happen at a tire shop. Overall, the whole experience felt unprofessional and dishonest. I felt like I had to beg just to get the price they originally gave me, only to end up with a tire I didn't even ask for. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
