It took a long time but he finally put up the street pylon sign and signage decals on my doors. Again, it took a long time but I was ok with it. The work was great!! I understand the demands of business as a small business owner myself so I didn't stress the time it took. The last part of the project was for him to complete the signage for over my storefront. I have had a banner since opening in December and really need the storefrontsign. We spoke on the phone a few days before memorial day and he said he would "try" to get the sign up by the following weekend. I noticed the term try which made me think it wasn't happening the following week. Cool because I figured in a few weeks he would complete the job. After a few weeks i called and there was no answer at the business. I emailed for a timeline and update no response. I called over and over again no responses. I after calling with no answer I had my husband call and he asked for John but the man who answered said John was not in.I hate to say but I I think it was John who answered. If he or they were unable to complete the work they should have said so so I could find another option. Its terrible of to start something professionally you are unwilling to finish and the killer for mep is the lack of response. I'm very unhappy and disappointed I started with speedpro. Now I have no start tye process of finding another company. This had delayed my Grand Opening Event!!

They began printing them after I showed them how to open the PDFs. Documents were not printed. Instead, the screen image was printed so I had to show up to an interview with an email subject on the top of my resume. The ink on the page slowly faded from black at the top to gray at the bottom. I very nearly missed my train to get to the interview. Unimpressed to say the least. The shop is filthy.

I needed to print a simple gift certificate for my husband's birthday. You have to pay by the minute to use the computers here. So I jumped on, hit "print", changed the settings from b&w to color, and waited for it to print. But it didn't. I went to the machine, it said it was out of magenta toner. I went to one of the staff, who told me to wait, because she was training another employee on how to ship something. Never mind that I'm paying by the minute. She came over to the printer and said " just a minute I need to see if we have the toner." What?! You're a print shop, I came to print 1 thing in color and you're not sure if you have the color toner?! I got frustrated that the meter was still running so I logged off. She didn't find the toner so she gave me another option for printing at another machine. "But I already paid for the printing over there, so are you saying I need to pay again?" She asked me for proof via a receipt. Thank heaven I had selected "email me a receipt from the computer" before I logged off. Showed her the receipt. She said she'd reprint it behind the counter for free. Then she showed me a way to print items in the future from my email without having to login to a computer (3 stars for that, as it was very helpful) and she got me my printed gift certificate before I left.
