I dropped off a package and since the box was bigger than its contents, it was slightly collapsing by the taped edges. They asked me if I had more tape (lol) and when I said no, they told me I would be responsible if the package got lost. The box had shoes, so I'm not worried about it slithering off a small slot. Not to mention that they never offered tape even if it costs money. It's either they don't have tape as a UPS business or they don't care to offer you what you need to make sure your package gets to its destination safely.

I tried to ship another package via UPS from this location and paid for 2 day shipping which my friend did not receive for 3 weeks because AGAIN there wasn't enough postage paid to mail it at the 2 day shipping rate but instead of returning it to me they decided to just ship it anyway. I would've complained to them directly but I had lost the receipt by that time. I've had friends try to mail letters that they knew would be more than 1 stamp so they took it to them to weigh and mail and they also got their letters returned because the scales at Bi-State Shipping are not accurate.
