Smooth, refreshing, and just the right touch of floral. That alone was enough to impress me, but what really got me back in the door? The chocolate chip cookie I didn't grab the first time around. You guys! Let me say this with all the excitement I can put into words: this is the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. Seriously. Thick, with crispy edges and a soft, gooey center -- every bite was perfect. I'm still thinking about it. I also picked up a cheddar frittata to take home, and the staff gave me simple instructions on how to reheat it -- it turned out great. Shoutout to Annette, who was so friendly and made my morning visit even better. I left with a huge smile thanks to the great customer service. I even got to meet the owners on my first visit, and they were just as warm and welcoming. Honour Coffee is the kind of place you want to keep all to yourself, but it's too good not to share. I'll keep recommending it to friends and coming back to enjoy their thoughtful menu, cozy vibe, and amazing people. This place is truly something special.

It pains me to leave a review like this to a black owned business in Saint Paul, but I am severely…read moredisappointed in my experience today. If this company has cameras with audio, I would encourage them to listen back to order 6525 that was placed today, March 19th, 2026 around 5:45 PM. I came to support this establishment because I have yet to do so since the opening, and was excited to contribute to the success of a black owned business. The grounds were clean, and the music was a vibe. I placed my order at the Kiosk, and paid nearly $25 for a $9 juice and $10 smoothie with tax. Both products were wonderful. However, that's not my concern. The service was without a doubt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The man serving the community today began to chat with me, catching up because we were familiar with one another from my previous employer. After asking where I was working now, he began to solicit me with job opportunities within Life Juices and on his own personal product line, offering me $500 to assist him with marketing. (Mind you, this is very similar to the conversation we had when I met him the first time, he let me know then that he's co-owner of Life Juices and also offered me job opportunities.) When I declined, he asked why do "black women" act like this or that (I don't remember exactly what was said) At this point, I'm annoyed and offended. After I respectfully read him his rights, I told him I don't want him to make my juice and I'd like my money back. He randomly referred to himself as a Pharaoh and let me know that he would begin making my order. As I'm waiting for my order, two other patrons walk up to place an order. The man serving took this as an opportunity to poke fun at me with one of them, saying I don't recognize a Pharaoh when I see one, and dapping up the stud. Now, I did my best to be a good sport. They began to joke that I don't even know what Pharaoh means. I decide that I'm not going to pay attention anymore. As I bend down to give my three year old juice, the patron leaned over to ask "do you know what pharaoh mean" I responded and said "it means King". She then returned to the conversation with the man working discussing how women need to do better when they see a Pharaoh (that's just a paraphrase) Now if you get a chance to listen to the audio, I was referred to out of my name during this conversation (meaning the b word) and I'm trying to figure out how did we get here when I just came to order some juice that I didn't even want in the first place- just supporting a local business. SMH I'm so upset, honestly. The audacity of these people to refer to me out of my name in front of my three year old son was so distasteful. The audacity to include this random patron that I don't know to poke fun at any person, but me..? a person who just supported your establishment. All because I declined your advances? If you're reading this, shame on you. Do better.

Contrary, the University area does not allow for a relaxing environment so this is a spot that I will forever grab and go. I appreciate what Life Juices is doing after revamping a run down Dairy Queen into a healthy storefront. Highlights include hand made items which take a little extra time so you know it's fresh, side patio with plants and small herb garden along with some colorful Adirondack chairs and unique items with a food menu in progress. Sadly, I had 1 homeless person ask me to buy items and it ruined the vibe. In addition, there were questionable activities happening while I awaited my order. Ordering is done on a kiosk with a vast array of choices from pressed juices to smoothie bowls to smoothies. I opted for a peanut butter protein shake with dates and it was so good! I also purchased 3 pressed juices. Each item is almost $10 and then there were $6 taxes? I thought food was tax free? Regardless, I'm finding out that eating healthy in general, is more expensive. I hope Life Juices is able to attract the population it wants as the area for me, is the wrong one but right product. I'll be back!

I did a search and found this Nautical Bowl. It was across the street from where I was. I placed an order online for my usual sunrise bowl. I got a dinghy (medium). I usually get a cruiser (large), but I didn't think that I could finish it. It was easy ordering online. I paid and got an estimated time when it would be ready. I drove across the street. Parking was fine. I backed into a spot across from the main entrance and walked in. The space was cute. There were places to take photogenic photos of bowls and drinks. I headed to the pickup area. There was the nicest man taking orders and making everything. He was great helping me get my order, which was in the fridge. He handed a paper bag with handles over to me. I wished him a great day. He reciprocated. I happily headed to my rental vehicle with my goods. I drove to Grand Casino Arena for a Minnesota Wild game. Once I had parked on level 4 of the RiverCentre parking ramp, I took out my bowl of happiness and ate it before heading to the arena. I love this smoothie bowl so much. It is my favourite. It has a layer of blue majik (spirulina, pineapple, mango, and coconut) , followed by a layer of pitaya (dragon fruit). It is topped with granola, sliced bananas and strawberries, and a drizzle of honey. It has enough fruit to satisfy my fruit cravings. I love the granola that gives a textural contrast between the layers of smooth fruit with the sliced fruit. So good! I am glad that I dropped by. I'd definitely return for more when I'm in Blaine again. (135)

Several 2-4 person tables, a couch area near the fireplace, a handful of barstools looking out the window, and a communal table. They even have a few fun swing chairs! AMBIANCE I'd say this is a pretty buzzy spot - at least it was when I came in. The folks meeting and chatting outnumbered the folks working remote/solo, but with headphones on it wasn't too loud. DRINKS I got a hot chai, and it was good! Only downside is I ordered for here and they served in compostable cup - I prefer when ceramic / reusable mugs are given for in-store drinkers. FOOD I didn't order food, but saw several people getting lunch here and looked good. AMENITIES There's a bathroom attached within the building, and a water station. The outlets are a bit more sparse since not all tables are against the walls.

You can even get cozy by the fireplace and relax on the couches. They serve a light breakfast and lunch but we only tried the drinks. I was super pumped to try their Vietnamese coffee but was pretty disappointed in it. I should've asked what they put in it because it didn't taste like it had condensed milk in it. They also added a nutmeg/cinnamon sprinkle on top that is not what a Vietnamese coffee is. My sister tried their mango smoothie and it was just okay. I can't remember what the smoothie was called and I can't find any updated menus on their site anywhere. North loop is only metered street parking so it can be a b**ch trying to find parking. There seemed to be a decent amount of people inside working on their computers. Overall this seems like a cute place to relax in and get something small.

Finally went and had an awesome lunch that I'll definitely need to go back for again. Everything we ordered was really really good. The menu had so many contenders so I'll need to come back and try other things. We noticed a pancake go by our table and that kinda did it for me. I love me a savory and sweet situation so I went with the following and fell in love with my choices and my Auntie's sandwich too....sorry, not sorry. The Breakfast Sandwich (so much flavor going on in this sandwich and when I ordered the response was ooo good choice, which is a deal maker for me) Kid's Pancake on the side (Uffdah this was yummy) Crispy Chicken Sandwich (not my order today but tried a bite and my goodness was it good. The looks of the breading put me off a bit to start but it was deceiving. It wasn't heavy and thick but it was thin crisp tasty breading to complement the sandwich I was impressed with how flavorful the chicken was and balanced with everything.) Monster Cookie was a delicious treat later too So basically everything we got was great and when I go back I'll maybe get something new and let you know thoughts then. Safe to say you should check it out sometime. For more awesome food spots check out the account mallorymademetryitmn on Instagram!

The space itself is cute, and there's seating for small and medium-sized groups! Exposed brick and bright colors invite you in to this tropical bowl, smoothie, and coffee shop. The service was not great...we waited 45 minutes for two cortados, a smoothie, and a bagel. There was one small group in front of us, and they waited like 25 minutes for their products as well. The food and coffee were only okay...the bagel, cream cheese, and salmon was an extremely small serving for the price, the Blue Colada smoothie came out a bit gray in color which wasn't super appetizing, and the coffee was fairly standard. I was also disappointed that they didn't have dairy milk options for their smoothies...I'm not a soy or oat milk fan...and they definitely had dairy milk for the coffee, so why not allow that sub for the smoothie? Likely won't be returning, but I guess it's an okay spot if you are interested in a smoothie and have some time to chill! The Acai bowls did look solid!
