My disappointment came when the day before my appointment, which was another 8 days out, they informed me that my home was not in their service area, however, they could fix my roof for $xxx - $xxx. How can you give an estimate when you haven't even looked at the problem? I wasted about 2 1/2 weeks for something they should have realized in the beginning.
