I can honestly say I finally found that with May and his team. My little sister's car had been leaking coolant and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. May and his team were able to find the problem right away, explained what was going on, and gave me their recommendations without trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs. You can tell they are extremely knowledgeable and know exactly what they're doing. The price was also very reasonable, especially for the quality of work and service they provided. The employee never asked for my vehicle information or what the issue was. Instead, he said I'd have to drop off my vehicle. I was surprised because a standard alignment usually doesn't take very long. It also seemed like he didn't even know whether the alignment technician was there yet. Then another employee told me they don't perform alignments on Fridays. Before making the trip, I checked their website, and it states they offer alignments, but nowhere does it mention they don't do them on Fridays. Overall, I was disappointed by the customer service and the lack of clear communication about their scheduling and availability.
