I had this company service this generator since 2010 at my expense paying about $450 a year to them. Shortly before hearing that hurricane Irma was coming I contacted the company on September 7 and ask them to please come to do the routine maintenance on my Generac generator. The owners daughter Erica rudely told me that they would not come and this was Tuesday they would not come the entire week because I had declined the service the week before because I had two doctors appointments and she calls first thing in the morning at 8 o'clock and says we have a man in the area we want to come right now I told her I need some notice to set this up and she said we can't do that. I literally begged her to send someone Tuesday Wednesday Thursday anything if they could before the hurricane was coming and she said rudely we will not do that As As a result I had no power and was forced to leave my home and go to Orlando with my family. I had to pay for a hotel and lost all the food in my refrigerators and freezers my washing machine was broken when I came back because the switch failed and the garage door opener. While I was in the car returning from Orlando I called the company and ask Hiram the owner what he could do to take care of the situation and he said I will call you back in an hour and I gave him my cell number and he never did. The next morning I called him and said when can you get someone here please and he said next week a week from the day I spoke with him he said I told you In 2016 that your generator would need $2000 worth of repair work and then I declined it which is an out right total Y and in that timeframe in the next two years he sent his men every six months at my expense to check the generator and no one ever said that it was not operational or wouldn't need any further repairs.
