The staff is incredible and keeps you accountable when you are looking to slack off or just "not feeling it". I love this class!!! Every day is a different workout. They push you to your max while giving different modifications if necessary. The environment is invigorating and fun. The time goes by quickly and by the end you are exhausted and satisfied. The instructors motivate you personally and assist with form if needed.
