They took the time to explain my options and choices - not trying to up-sell. They were able to do the installation first thing the next morning rather than me having to wait until I could "get an appointment". By noon the next day I had a new, safe furnace and a working humidifier. They explained everythIng thoroughly and answered all of my questions. They even told me the most economical filters to use! They cleaned up everything and took the old furnace and humidifier away so I did not have to keep it in my garage and lug it to the curb on trash day.
