During class the instructors go around adjusting your form to make sure you're getting the most out of the exercises. Not only is this place close to where my family lives, but it's beautiful! Even though I only go to 2-3 classes here a year, the owner always remembers me and greets me warmly. The instructors could not be nicer or more professional, but the workouts are always well planned and fun. I also appreciate the gentle hands-on assists to correct my form and find them very helpful. I've noticed that instructors tend to call people out by name as well, which is very motivating and frankly pretty impressive. As mentioned earlier, the studio is beautiful, immaculately clean (this applies to the bathroom as well) and well stocked with tubes, balls and different weights. I can be quite a judgmental germophobe at times, but it's so clean in the barre room that I did not think twice about allowing my hair to touch the carpeting or using a studio mat. A few other nice features are the water bottle filling station, cubbies for storing your stuff, a boutique with some super cute workout gear and easy parking in a huge lot. The schedule offers classes at many times throughout the day and for all different levels. If I lived closer, I would definitely be a member here!

Once inside every here like most Pure Barres are so warm and inviting. I brought my sticky socks along so was all prepared for my workout. It was a "Classic" which is my preferred genre for the classes I take. The instructor was very knowledgeable in fact even assisted me on several new movements. If you have not taken Pure Barre I highly recommend it. It gives you a great full body workout and tones your body. I started in January this year and already down 27 lbs.

I have taken a barre class, Pilates, and barrelattes, which is a mix of the two. I recently took their barre crawl class two days ago. I am a member of ClassPass, so I paid $25 for the class. I arrived 10 minutes early. As soon as you walk in, they take your name and ask what size t-shirt you want. The t-shirt was so cute. It said "Meet Me at the barre," and it was a gray tank top with white lettering. I thought it would look very cute, but I didn't put it on because I like to wash everything before wearing it. Almost everyone else put on their t-shirts right away, except for about three other women. They had a choice of small, medium, or large. The first part of the evening was the barre class. Everyone got their shirts and went in for class. A woman with blonde hair helped me. She could be one of the owners or instructors, I'm not sure, but she was extremely helpful. She gave me a resistance band and a ball and helped me get the correct form. I really appreciated that because she noticed I was doing one exercise incorrectly, and she explained that it was why my back was hurting. The class was challenging. I would rate it about an eight out of ten, but I liked it a lot and definitely plan to come back. Everyone in the class was friendly. I don't usually talk to people in exercise classes because I'm still trying to build a regular habit, so I didn't know everyone, but the atmosphere was very welcoming. Part of the evening included little sample cups of smoothies. There were three different types and some snacks, which were nice. After class, everyone went over to the bar in the same shopping center, but I went home. Overall, I loved it. I've been to this studio a couple of times, and every time I enjoy the class. The instructors are very kind, answer any questions, and help you work on your form. I definitely recommend this studio. I almost forgot: After the workout, I saw many women wiping off their workout ball with hydrogen peroxide spray. So, this was a courteous and healthy gesture to do for the next guests. As someone who does regular fitness and has a general understanding of Mat Pilates, I assumed it would be similar, but it was not.
