Unfortunately, the way they loaded the truck made me realize that the trash and donatable items were all mixed together and consideration was not given to what could be donated. They didn't even look at the items I had boxed up and just threw them on the truck. When I contacted Junk King about my disappointment I was told that Goodwill didn't take many items anymore. The messaging on their website did not match my expectations for what would happen to the items that I hired them to remove.
