There were a number of delays (Ida, Covid and then the State) but John stuck through it and his team finally installed the lateral 3 weeks ago. I cannot praise the Shanahan & Luff team enough. They were prompt, friendly and skilled. After hooking up the sewer and backfilling the trench the team came back and put topsoil down, seeded and then covered the seed with straw matting. After 3 weeks, except for the new clean out vents, it is becoming nearly impossible to see where the work took place. When the Shanahan & Luff team left there was not a scrap of material left onsite. He also promised me he would move the extra stones to where the retaining wall is from another job we hired him for but left them there on the street! Communication sucks as well.
