The first bonus was that instead of moving the start date back, as we were used to with contractors, JMS actually moved our start date up! They dropped the dumpster off at our home the day prior to the start of work, and actually started tearing the current siding down immediately. The team of workers were incredible, and were the same team used to complete the project at our house. The Team worked 11 hours a day, even in the blazing heat. They were never observed to be just hanging out, but working diligently. At the end of every day, they cleaned up entirely! Either Jim or Matt were on-site daily, ensuring things were running smoothly, and checking-in about any concerns we may have had. They were also available via phone/text/email before, throughout, and after the siding and gutters were completed. They chimed in on opinions when asked, and were extremely patient when we made a last minute decision about whether or not we actually wanted shutters installed. Going with JMS to have our siding and gutters installed, is a decision you will not regret! They go through every detail of their work with you ahead of time, and have excellent follow-through!
